That is why i was wondering why Bursa wanted to introduce RSS. Shortists are just opportunists/gamblers and not real investors. If Bursa said the introduction of RSS is to increase liquidity in the market, in my opinions, i would said it should be the other way round. RSS would short away your money from ppl out of the country (money outflow). If Bursa wanted to increase liquidities in the market should attract foreign investors with attractive terms but unfortunately most of the time are out of Bursa's control like the 51% Bumiputra stake in logistics would hurt away the investors.

Actually if you said a listed companies was doing wrong and Bursa imposed penalties (paid by the company which investors are also the shareholders) on the company or delist (after delist investors how ?) the company would not be fair to ppl/investors.
