Is there a requirement for the changes of shareholdings of substantial shareholders to be announced as and when they happen? Not sure, but don't think so. Substantial shareholders, like any other shareholders, take no part in the management of the co. and are not privy to decisions in managing the co.(unless they are related to any directors and have inside information) and they can buy and sell shares anytime they want. Nothing wrong with that.

One-for-two Warrant was given in June'13 at 10c as a bonus. When it moved to 19c in Nov.13,almost double the price, really can't blame anyone from selling it to lock in some profits. After all was intended as a bonus.
