based on your description, MKH does looks like south korean chaebol. from their annual report, the Chen's brothers do hold important positions in the company drawing high salary.
no idea about second tier mgmt.

can you share the details on the value of the land transacted?

1. something is not so right with MKH. CPO prices had been up for quite some time but not reflected in the share prices.

2. understand property sectors is not so good now but MKH had unbilled sales for 2 years. still, no funds interested except public mutual

3. the transfer of car park is not a big issue as i believe the value is not much.

4. i don't think MKH will transfer unsold properties to investment division

maybe only paper money not real hard cash, that's why cannot pay dividend as promised. therefore price is always low.

after reading the notice that was received today, the only way to stop the whole exercise is for all TAE non interested shareholders to vote against the issuance of new TAE shares to Tony at the coming EGM.
