Good to know that you are the IC designer.
Just some quick questions.

1) The price of one wafer is based on the complexity of the IC design, right?

2) For SilTerra 200mm technology, how many wafer can be produce per month, assuming all complicated IC designs are processed in SilTerra.

In SilTerra website, it mentioned 40,000 wafer per month. It is the max capacity for 200 mm technology?

Last few days I observed that there were two types of warriors, namely victorious warriors and defected warriors in here.
Those victorious warriors are those long term DNeX investors who have done enough homework in DNeX such as understand DNeX business model in diversified businesses, company future business prospect, and expected future earning. With that, there are safe and win in long term,...they are just like win first before going to war.

Those defected warriors are those punters/short term traders who can only sing bad song and good song repeatingly just hoping to get cheap tickets (or should I put in CHEAT tickets).. Lol. You guys not tire meh, playing the obseleted trick non stop.. Haha.
These defected warriors have nothing but just trying their LUCK to win. If investing is based on luck, then better go to Genting Casino or betting centers (toto, Magnum, big sweep) as those outlets are still open in weekends...

I don't provide TP as my calculation is bad, also I always failed in arithmetic exams in school.. Lol
The day when DNeX shows us the tangible measures such as decent revenue, decent net profit and yearly dividend pays out, then the accurate TP will be provided by those qualified stock analysts from stock security firms, IB.... Now, the question is when DNeX can deliver wonderful earning results? I suspect Q3 2021.

Knowing Johotin has fundamental with strong earning in the future, aren' the bankers need to accumulate as many shares as possible on dips (at this moment) to satisfy their hunger, just like the famous saying buy low and sell high.
Rather than sell low, and keep selling lower (till RM1. 4), before buying back again...

There are 711 million WDs. If fully converted, DNeX can fetch about 355 millions. This money plus PP will be enough to finance PING and SilTerra acquisition. Of course my guessing lah..

For the last week trading, we can see a clear picture that Mother and Son was trading in a very healthy pattern whereby son has negative premium with the range of 10 to 12 sen to his mother. It is coincidence or MARKET decides that it should be the way to allow son holders to convert. Right?? Not right??

Moving forward the mother & son relationship will be in the negative premium at the range of 10 to 12 sen, regardless mother price moving up or down slightly.

However, there are many who stuck in son at 40 to 48 sen. Are they going to cut loss or keep on waiting for miracle to happen that is mother surge high and enable them to convert SON??

48 + 50 + (10 to 12 sen negative premium) = 1.08

Possible? I have now idea but only time can tell.

Encik Zainal (via Arcadia Arce) holds more than 362 million shares. Disposing 1.6 million shares is like a drop of water in the ocean.

Back to early February, Encik Azman (another major shareholder) also disposed 100000 shares out of this 102 million holding. Since then DNeX price has been skyrocketed till now.

The moral of the story is "when major shareholders dispose small quantity of shares, it doesn't mean bad".

According to CEO, the oil production is in the range of 3000 to 3500 bpd. And don't expect oil production runs 356 daily, a few days for maintenance, and a few days loss here and there are inevitable. Oil price up and down thus taking an average price (let's say USD65 for this year) is more realistic in calculation. Also need to bear in mind that Avolan oil field has started production in late 2020. But, I can find any production figure in Internet. PING has 50% in Avolan

Mother & Son relationship is getting very healthy now.... Those who have bought son high (40 sen to 48 sen) might have a chance to convert to mother soon. But, those son holders must remember you are racing against the time. Be alert. Don't let GREED betray your rational thinking.

I don't have the crystal ball to see future. Hence, whether the deal can be materialised is beyond my knowledge. But, from chronological events point of view, securing SilTerra is very promising.

Guess you need to hope for the best and prepare for the worst case scenerio.

Also bear in mind that after securing SilTerra, it doesn't mean DNeX price can LU the following day. (although LU is also my wishful thinking.. Lol)

I am still in learning curve... Hope the above information helps.

For every coin, there are two sided.
One side of the coin keeps saying " if SilTerra is so good why Khazanah wants to sell it in the first place". Indirectly, it means no good lah.. Can SilTerra keeps profitable in future?, or no latest 7nm and 5 nm technology, how to compete?, or unproductive workers, or just like palm oil price, the demand in IC chips is up and down, or....... etc.

Another side of the coin keeps saying " if SilTerra is so bad why DNeX still want to buy?". Indirectly, it means good lah.... Global chip shortage is so imminent now, this scenerio can last for a long time, or no technical know how is OK as Beijing CGP can help (just like Proton partnership with Geely ), or with the arrival of IR 4, 5G, IOT, EV has created a huge chips sale opportunity, or with DNeX CEO leadership, SilTerra can reach a higher milestones, or.... etc.

Now, this is the best time for YOU to express your opinion here, good and bad comments are welcome, for the benefit of ALL in long term perspective.

Mexico plant is expected to kick off production this year 2021. Right? How can Mexicoe has disruption in production when the production is scheduled this year??

I presume this coming Q4 2020 is still based on Malaysia production only. But why need extra one month to complete the accounting? Despite MCO last year 2020, Johotin still managed to close Q2, and Q3 accounts on time. I really have no idea at all... Lol.

Yeah... Just bought some yesterday. Consider Johotin gives better dividend than FD rate.
Buying Johotin is for long term play.

Once the conversion fixed at 50 sen,. Can't be changed.

To raise fund via son conversion to mother is not a bad idea.. But mother price must be above RM1 to allow ALL existing warrant holders have confident to convert. But judging from the current mother price, I also have doubt!! Hahaha.. Who want to convert?? Might as well buy Mother better still...

Correct. Fully convert SON to mother is also another way to raise fund.
The conversion price is fixed at 50 sen... Rules and regulations are fixed prior to listing of warrant. Can't simply change one....

We should have this kind of academic discussion rather than big local/foreign fund coming to buy Dnex, or TP is RM6. 5 with PE30, PE80.... Etc

There are few options to finance SilTerra.
If bank borrowing.... then gearing problem
If not bank borrowing, the option is Right issue with free warrant.
Getting SilTerra might be easy, funding SilTerra might be one of the two options as above. Just guess guess only..

I agreed with your statement Iris down despite secured NISS. I welcome constructive opinion (even though it is negative one). But, it doesn't mean DNeX will follow the same fate of Iris. The best answer is for Mr. Market to decide the price as you and I are clueless either about the price moving forward. Only time can tell....

Securing SilTerra by DNeX is imminent, I have no doubt about it.

My advise to you is to get some DNeX while it is still cheap. And let's HUAT ahh in long term perspective. But, don't take my advise blindly, you are responsible in managing your money.

OK lah... I will left this forum for good. I have nothing to lose, but just feel pity to those new comers who follow blindly plenty pinocchios with long nose.
