Krono is a legend, started from IPO it once rocket up to 0.415 in April 2015 then down to as low as 0.10 in August 2015. Now less than 24 months later it prepares to break the historical high price of 0.415....

B3. Prospects of the Group
Following the completion of the AEIL Acquisition and the partial completion of the Proposed Disposal,
Abric Berhad (“ABRIC”) has triggered the cash criterion pursuant to paragraph 8.03(1) and Practice Note
16 (“PN16”) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa
Securities”) (“Listing Requirements”), whereby ABRIC’s assets on a consolidated basis, consist of
seventy percent (70%) or more of cash and short-term investments, or a combination of both.

The decrease in revenue and the increase in profit before tax was mainly due to the disposal of the
manufacturing, distribution and sale of security seals business, which represents the entire core
business of the Group.

Revenue from Manufacturing and trading increased 11% from last quarter but it is huge loss for this segment due to substantial increased in cost of sales. if not because profit from the property development, DPS is making huge loss this Q. Any one knows why cost of sales increased 100% while not much increased in the revenue?
