I think we all agree that the problems in our country is gonna take years to overcome as they are already so "deep-rooted" over the years. I am not saying I agree 100% with what they have done or is doing but let's not turn this forum into a political one. So in the case of Dsonic, I do agree that whether the fuel price movement is irrelevant, because the objective here is for the low income group to get some form of subsidy be it petrol or BR1M....imho...

So for the subsidy they will need mycard, thumb print and data of registered car owners.... meaning if a person is entitled for subsidy but he doesn't own a car then he won't get any subsidy..... which means someone rich (employer) cannot use others' (his employees) mycards who don't own any cars to get cheaper petrol.... I might be wrong....

This particular director owns only 1000 over lots if I read correctly? I think most of us here owned more shares than him lah... anyway he must hv sold the shares when the price stayed stagnant at 1.61 around noon thinking it would not go higher... of course I am not sure what other directors are planning to do.... new sudstantial shareholders coming in may be?

Logically, if you are a buyer and a director of the company is trying to sell you part of his shares, what would be your first question? S*it! Your company is in trouble ah? So you expect the buyer will just say "oh your company in deep s*it ah never mind I got too much money please sell shares to me lah....... Few possibilities I can think of, as collateral for a margin account like what suggested by winterwolf, as collateral for a loan (since he doesn't want to sell) or establishing "contact" with bank for future dealings....... Of course only he knows for sure the reason why..... For us, I guess as long as he is not selling we shouldn't be too concerned about it lor..... Trade at own risk....

The RHB TP is based on near term slow delivery of Mycards... Remember the rm2.10 TP is excluding the Fuelsubs contract which is still higher than previous figure rm2.0x (can't remember the exact figure). It also says we can expect a MAJOR re-rating if it gets the contract...

Now it's up to you to decide on how likely will Dsonic get it or other contracts/ projects..... Am I disappointed when the announcement is postponed? Definitely yes, in fact I have said it again and again that all I care now is the contract more than the price movement....

But now all the cards are on the table already well at least for the Fuelsubs project..... Yes, there are 77 proposals but no, Dsonic's chance of getting is NOT 1/77 because in that case you would have to assume all the proposals are equally impressive... All the 77 proposals managed to team up with companies similar to POS and Fuelsubs???? Come on.... What are the odds???? But of course these are just my amateur opinion.... Ultimately is up to the handsome/ pretty you to make the call hehehe....

I guess many guys are still waiting too..... do agree with Pav that we can't time the market... the only way to beat this is to wait with patience.... to be honest I have no idea how long we have to wait cause I am no good in TA but when it comes I believe it will be fast and furious.... traders are waiting for new catalyst and the delay in the award of Fuelsubs contract doesn't help obviuosly....but if you want to wait for the announcement then buy in, it might be much more expensive already.... to be frank I plan to sell some too but not now, not after the price has gone down this much and market is rebounding..... imho..

I think he is just saying IF it goes down it might go to that level and that is it... remember TA is just predictions based on previous trends... but he expects the trend to be on the bullish side from here and even IF it goes down the downside is limited....just my amateur opinion..
