Nowadays my spendings at Starbucks had reduced from 12K a year to at best a mere RM100.00 per year.
Today my first priority is Coffee Bean,
second choice is McCafe at McD.
McCafe offers Secret Recipe cakes at smaller size and smaller price point. Good Idea ! 😁

Zus and all the rest are distant third choice.

Starbucks is no longer under consideration.

I think a NP of 20% is good enough.
That will give Teoseng EPS of 14 sen per quarter or 56 sen per year.
