sab is a net cash co., this make a big different. nevertheless, except for true long term holder, do know when to sell. sab has shot from 2.9 -> 4.06 in couple of days. good luck!!

bro, u must know when to sell also. at rm5 level and seeing thai start fighting each other, that's a strong signal already, nothing to do with "value". analyst likes to use "value" to mull ppl, otherwise what to write? sigh.

not yet talk about ksl Johor land bank; which are located mostly in the high growth Iskandar development region.

today's trend is that if u have a land with palm on it, it tend to get a lot of attention, sigh!

while public investment claimed sab's kota kemuning land worth 562m, how about ksl's klang land bank? check it out at pg 106 of latest annual report, nbv of $13.5 psf recorded only. not far away there is this a&m land claiming >$35 psf.

let them sell. latest cimb thai result was very impressive actually, but over shadow by thai protest, currency, interest rate policy... however, note all these events r temporary, nothing impacts cimb core.

about cimb niaga, no matter how bad it is, it is NOT going to make loss, let alone the qtr result may suggest stronger than expected outcome like cimb thai. yr $ yr choice, good luck!
