Supermax is expected to gain from higher margins from both its gloves manufacturing and OBM distriution due to abnormal demand and supply tightness.

KUALA LUMPUR: Kenanga Research remains positive on Supermax Corp Bhd’s improving earnings visibility as it embarks on its expansion plans.

The glove maker announced on Tuesday that that its subsidiary Maxter Glove Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is buying a five-acre tract of industrial land for RM21.8mil.

Kenanga in its latest report said the new purchase within the vicinity of its Klang Maxter Glove plant alongside two other tracts of land purchased recently should yield operational synergies to the group.

The research house maintained its “outperform” recommendation on the counter with an unchanged target price of RM10.90.

Meanwhile, Supermax is expected to gain from higher margins from both its gloves manufacturing and OBM distriution due to abnormal demand and supply tightness.

Upon full commercial production of its production lines by second half of this year, installed capacity will rise 13.4% to 26.2 billion pieces per annum, said Kenanga Research.

Anyone can explain what is the issue about the margin cap thing? Not a margin user and I do not understand most of it how it works

@bojed, Careful playing warrant, there are groups of people chasing C88 and got burnt, now C88 looks better with lower premium compared to sky high premium last Friday.

Look for warrants with long expiry date and estimate how much premium is reasonable. C90 is kind of dangerous now and might repeat what happened to C88. Trade at your own risk and if want to play safe, go for mother share

Lol look at the people complaining about c88. See it shoot up like no sense few days ago then chase high. Now correction so that it makes sense but complain why it doesnt make sense. Stupid people buying things without knowing what they are buying. Please learn what is call warrant, premium and its worth. Smh

@super888, 1 lot is 100 unit only for Bursa Msia. If you bought 1 lot (100 unit), then you will get RM 4.50 dividend. If you bought 1000 unit (10 lot) then RM 45
