Ex value =12.88/2 = 6.44
Ex ratio =10:1
premium (after bonus ex date) = 10.27

1st of all, im not sure how u calculate premium and this is how u shd calculate:

[(c99 price x ratio + value) - mothershare price] / mothershare price x 100%

so lets get back to calculation, b4 ex date:
c99 price = 1.25,
c99 ex-price = 12.88
c99 ex-ratio = 10

mothershare = 17.34

after ex date:

mothershare = 17.34/2 = 8.67

c99 ex-price = 12.88/2 = 6.44
c99 ex-ratio = 10/2 = 5

so if u want to calculate premium now and use formula above then:
1.25*5+6.44 = 12.69

premium = 46% (and now u notice is actually almost same premium coz ex-value and ratio is adjusted accordingly)
