Some says RM 5 is not possible for Dsonic, you bet after the warrant issuance. Good news should be coming in soon for a big push and that's the reason why directors are buying in massively on last Friday at RM 3.60++ with the issuance of the warrant as well. The warrant fundings will be definitely use for something big to cater for some big contracts received. It is still my opinion , invest at your own risk pls.

The CA now doesn't make any senses to me to purchase unless for speculate, its conversion price is too high compare to current mother price now and in that case be ready for a big push up on mother price, bros got extra bullet is time to push in more on mother share. Something to share with all my bros over here. I guess most of us will have come into thoughts or having such emotional kind of feeling when you see your counters are moving sidelines but are still potentially good and fundamentally strong.
When you see some opportunities on the market and comparing with yours which is on sideline, you will tend to start to query yourself whether you should sell it and follow the trend of the other bull counters.
For example, Presbhd and Dsonic have been moving on sidelines for days till weeks and seeing a sudden spike such like OCK, have you all come across to take profit from the counters and invest more on OCK? If I did last week , I would have lose out a huge gain today from Pres. That's wht uncleZ teaches us, this is call patient and persistent and don't keep hop around. Btw I did bought some OCK when uncleZ recommends at 0.80 and still holding it. Don't sell even OCK shows a strong correction last week.

Exactly Chinesetea. Directors are buying in one by one since last week till this week after the share price being pull down. As I always mentioned, this is a low free float counter and share price tend to control by major parties and not from the public. When you notice the price is being discounted, u will notice big shots will be buying in and this means they are ready for a next push for a new high. The company has decided to issue out another round of bonus issue which is 1:1 so for those whom think the price might be settle down at RM 4 in order to constitute a 100% gain from its initial RM 2 earlier split from the 5:1 ratio, ask yourself will the directors buying in now at 3.60 and some at 3.80 just to gain a few more cents gain before its split? Definitely the price will be more then that and by how much? Is for me and you to guess.
Some comments about its high P/E ratio, so how to determine how high is high and how low is low? P/E ratio is normally use to compare within the same industry to determine whether its high within the industry or vice versa. As for Dsonic, the closest or similar company which I could think of is to compare it with MYEG. MYEG is having a PE ratio of 48 compares with Dsonic of 30. So Dsonic is still far away behind within the industry and if we would closer up the gap with MYEG P/E ratio, this means that Dsonic could easily hit above RM 5 and close to RM 6 before its split by having a P/E ratio of above 45 but lower then 50. I might be wrong and this is my personal view, some how I love low free float counters especially those which is operating a monopolized business plus an awesome Financial results and proven historical year to year growth. Invest at your own risk.

Low free float counter, you will notice a sharp fall when a certain players wish to push it down for a discounted buy in as they know the share is gonna make a big rebound and striking for a new height. That's how the money is make. Losses will be from those small retailers whom follow the panic sell. FA did not change at all, company is moving towards a split , by having a low free float do you think the shareholders will let it split at below RM 3 ? Director have shown u sign on buying in at RM 3.80 , this share will cross over RM 4 and close to 5 before it split on bonus issue. Buy at your own risk and don't be surprise on the coaster movement as low free float shares tends to behave such if you experience enough to see it. For those whom sell off just now, you will definitely need to catch higher when the world issue sentiments settle down.

Agreed with assam, uncleZ has purposely came out to comment today which is rarely and tell all of you to be patient with it , if you buy coz of his earlier analyses and comments then you have to believe with him all the way or else sell it and buy others. If you follow to sell like those contra players you will kill this counter but anyhow this is a low free float counter and as long as those big boss is supporting it and the fundamental doesn't change it will never fall hard. Unclez has just comment earlier, don't kill the goose which lay golden eggs. If u invest in this counter you have to have faith with it and hold it tight at least till it split. bro siva everyone of us will be out of bullets but I do believe make full use of it by maximize the profit out of it. As mentioned by bro CTea is true when there is a bull run every counters seems good and u will have difficulties to choose which one to maximize your profit. Trust ur instinct and the homework u have done go for it never regret and give it a full push to it as the return will be urs at the end. I believe on too diversify will cause you to lose out more and hence aim for a few good ones as few as possible and give a big shot. Dsonic is a very low free float share counter. Don't be surprise with its uptrend momentum. Further it's business is a monopolized business and there is no competitive from it. If the management has decided to give out bonus issues, the signal is very clear that the share price will definitely move sky rocket and will only liquid back down after the bonus issue. Siva thanks for the info. MKH I went in quite low but taken profit already after its Q results out but im sure this is a good counter. I have let it go due to some reasons which I doesn't like its high borrowing which I presume USD will be continuing on strengthening against rupiah and RM in the coming months which doesn't benefit much to MKH. Anyhow is just my opinion bro. I have quite a few numbers of portfolio on hand and would like to screen down a bit so I could focus more bullets on it and lately been more on Dsonic and Prestaring ,karex and eco. Some are already release. Im planning to park one more in and was eyeing on either Latitud or Coastal.
