# connie - just remember for warrants all those parameters and criteria are just tools and guides to assist one to invest in warrants. At the end of the day it still depends on the fundamentals of the company, market conditions etc. Of course the lower the premium (some even with discounts) and coupled with a reasonably high gearing is better. And bear in mind that call warrants is a different animal from the company structured warrants. Again, for a better understanding you can refer to kcchongnz's postings who has so kindly put in a great effort to explain in details how both work.

# sjcm3 - like I said yesterday. probably can get LBW WA cheaper at 68sen and true enough I got it. This is not a fun trade but will stay with it. Moreover at 68 sen there is no premium at all upon conversion at this point in time.

# mike - good afternoon. I have no idea on any news about Hap Seng. In fact I was looking at the warrants when it came down to about 60 over sen after rising very rapidly. But I don't really what is holding me back (probably I do not dabble much in warrants until now with rchi's recommendation) and only watch it rising steadily till now - past the RM1 mark. Having said that Hap Seng is indeed a very solid counter, I would say. By the way I went in some UMSNGB this morning for fun trade

# twobits - you know my trading approach. I am not too greedy with high gains. If I can make, say about 7 to 10 sen, will just clear. Don't want to tie up my capital under this period. Rather looking at other stocks. Can always come back. In fact this is the 3rd time I am entering. The first time was when it was 65 sen and I think anyone hardly notice this counter. As I say, my approach may not be always right. However losses, if any, are limited if I stock to my method.
