Q4 2023 another Q to Q and Y to Y drop due to impairment losses on trade and other receivables and impairment of goodwill.

No worries, future bigger income will exceed expenses.

What fak-king executive performance to justify free shares of RM12.69M paid by company for the quarter when revenue was only RM3.312M?!!!

Please don't bring in the performance of the 30% Vietnam JV project. If it does well, the directors and management of the plant should be rewarded, not the jokers here.

A scam MOU by definition is predicated on a project that will not take off.

It's a negative.

And it is trite that it's impossible to prove a negative.

It is like asking you to prove that a unicorn does not exist.

The onus is on you to prove that that Ji Jian and Wang Xue Jun are successful business people in the solar RE industry; and that Zeo Carbon Energy, BaySolar AG and Bay Energy Group are all legitimate companies founded and owned by Ji Jian and Wang Xue Jun.

Good evening SSLee, I think your comment is misleading. The reasons are:
1) JAKS 's private placement of 10% of the total number of issued shares has been confirmed, thus I think it is safe to forget that any right issue is needed to fund new projects of the company. More, next quarter onwards more cash is coming in to the company's bank account with its LSS4 revenue collection started in August 2023.

2) Signing of MOUs are usual practice by companies before definitive agreements (if any) are signed.

3) You were only seeing JAKS QTR2 revenue of RM 3,312,000 only but it seems you have omitted the share of profit in Joint Venture of RM32,312,000 that appears in the same financial report, and the same quarter.

4) The latest sudden surge in share price is not a surprise due to the company's numerous good news lately. For a company with new streams of income from upcoming 3rd QTR onwards and its apparent right track to recovery I think is unfair to say it is a rotating/syndicate play for its stock movement/trading these few days.

Nowadays even a qualified and certified CFA IBs Analyst swallow hook, line, and sinker what is presented to them during CapitalA IBs analyst briefing without question ask.

● Revised official submission deadline to October 2023, aim to execute the plan in 4Q23/1Q24

That is why I suggest IBs analyst should include the briefing material, transcript of Q&A and interview as appendix.

I only have access to TA and Kenangan Analyst report and I found TA analyst make so many fundamental error/mistake that even an accounting student should not make.
