They said this CBM is renewable energy? But some said non-renewables. But CBM is good that otherwise the methane in coal go wasted? So by extracting CBM, they commercialised and put it to good use while the coal stay there to be mined later.

PSC... isn't it they fork out money first and once successful to commercial they will be able to seek reimbursement or claim back all these cost plus reap the profit?

Indonesia and Australia that have abundant coal resources are investing on this to boost up their natiral gas resources.
