（吉隆坡24日讯）打南雄风（TALAMT，2259，主板产业股）以3363萬7032令吉，脱售25.74英亩的雪兰莪州双文丹地段。
打南雄风向马交所报备，旗下独资子公司Europlus機構私人有限公司，與Mutual Flexi私人有限公司签署买卖协议。
Europlus所脱售的地段拥有永久地契，在1991年收购，投资成本为233萬令吉。脱售完成後，公司估计可入账585萬令吉。
该土地属於商业用途，但发展区域以住宅为主。
截至1月31日，土地净价值为1427萬令吉。
打南雄风表示，脱售所得将用於偿还公司的贷款，以及充作营运资本。

（吉隆坡26日訊）傳有白武士計劃注入數千萬令吉資金拯救，巴迪馬斯（PATIMAS，7042，主要板科技）針對除牌令提出上訴，獲馬證交所展延在週五（29日）除牌，但股價將從明日起暫停交易。

　巴迪馬斯相關人士告訴《中國報》，有海外資金計劃注入數千萬令吉資金，拯救公司並將核心業務擴展為數據中心方案供應商。

　“我們首先會與債權人會面，然后通過特別配售和發行附加股等企業活動，為公司集資。”

　消息人士披露，海外基金注入一筆資金后，會尋求第3方投資者注入另一筆資金。

（吉隆坡12日讯）宜鼎系统（AT，0072，创业板）决定与亚洲生化（ASIABIO，0150，创业板）透过执行股东协议，扩大和延长合作关系，多元化至生化业务。
宜鼎系统以及亚洲生化将规范YellowChoice有限公司的参与率和利益，Yellow Choice有限公司为宜鼎系统设立公司，以投入生物质处理以及相关机械制造业务，包括以气化技术进行生物堆肥和生物质能。
根据股东协议，宜鼎系统与亚洲生化将分别持有Yellow Choice有限公司81%和19%股权。
宜鼎系统表示，有关股东协议将让公司得以多元化产品基础，扩大收入来源，预计能为公司未来盈利和展望带来正面贡献。
