Ho ho why 1 billion PP only issued n ex total 4 batches is 842,089,500 shares .. still less than 1 billion..tak laku that’s why Asiabio bought 103 million shares on August 2019, after first 2 batches issued n ex on July2019..

Asiabio bought seacera n push up the price in a month .. why Netx is still flat .. now new fund raising with 10 % PP in yr 2020..

Zelan QR ended 30/9/2019.... cumulative 3QR with profit RM 1.436 million..

Cash n bank balances n deposit increase fr fy2018 (1 yr) rm 4.9 million to FY19 (3Q) rm 8.67 million..

Receivable, deposits and prepayments is RM 781.8 million..

Borrowings is RM 555.4 million .. Trade n other payables is RM 214.1 million ..
Total = 555.4 + 214.1 = RM 769.5 million

RM 781.8 mil vs RM 769.5 million is a surplus ..clap clap clap..

Other receivables, deposits n prepayment = 1.902 mil .. FY 18 = 10.231 mil


There r 20 million which being reduced fr these two accounts that to be parked at any accounts..that’s why 2 CFO is resigned between 2 years..

GEM is said contributed profit RM1.1 mil with revenue RM 3.67 mil until 30/9/2019.. from 1/10/2019 to 30/11/2019 no contribution at these period? FY 2018 loss rm 18.3 mil .. 2019 1 billion PP fund raising RM 15.3 mil to upgrade n market GEM.. Hong Kong partner 2go trade is ceased operations since 2016 ..then signed partnership with its subsidiary 2go Tech on June2019.. changed to GEMspot in Dec2019.. now plan upgrade to GEMspot Pro within 12 months.. more fund raising more money be burned..

But bottom line between 2016 to June2019 .. why loss a lot as 2go trade is ceased operations..
GEM contributed revenue RM 3.67 mil with profit rm 1.1 mil until 30/9/2019 .. why fr 1/10/2019 to 30/11/2019 total revenue is only RM33,000 with loss more than RM 7 mil .. partner with 2go Tech n 1 billion PP fund raising rm 15.3 mil to upgrade n promote marketing of GEM should increase the GEM revenue????
