dnex share price not going anywhere this month,due to 2 reasons.Reason no 1:world stock markets will be turbulent because US government is running out of cash,unable to pay salary,defaults loan repayments,..going to go bankrupt,probably around 18/10/21!This will send shock waves to the whole world.Reason no 2:Recent AG Audit report 2019 said that Silterra has 2 serious problems need to be resolved.No 1-high rate of wafer reject;No 2-high operating expenses,too many staffs!All these imply inefficient operation,low productivity,10 men do one man job,bad workers attitudes,... so on.Under the previous management,this must have been going on for a long long time unchecked.The floor workers were only handling RM550m production a year.Now they have multi billions work orders to produce,how can they handle with their previous work attitudes!This Will be the biggest challenge of Silterra.Many investors honestly not comfortable with that n as such there were 2 days selldowns last week when the report was released.

UWC current PE 66,Greatech PE 60,consider very high,but it simply means they have not make that good level of profits yet and the market already rushing in to buy n keep long term.That in turn means market acceptance of their futures are good.Surprise this is not the case with dnex,despite all the good n positive works of the management.

Silterra doesn't need 2 yrs to make profit as claimed by CEO Zainal.He is just being conservative n prudent.The plant now order in hand until next year June,has to turn away 120m new orders,plant now almost running 100% capacity,recently recruiting many S.Engineers,product price now 5 times better,every Q down the road should be profitable!Not all 20yrs they lose money,in good times yrs 2016/17,they we're making 60m a year!Don't be surprised,this dnex new financial yrs it can make around 80m!

Price gone down can not move up after 15 days,despite good future!This simply means too much float shares in the market,even though,many long term investors already bought,keep the shares n gone onboard,no more bullets.Only Operators n contra kaki buying n selling Short term basis.No use price goes up because they pump,come T3,T7 selldown price back to square one.It needs big investors,like KYY,who can buy 200m shares n keep in the freeze for 2 years.Only then you can see price move up n sustain.

Recent selldown not much due to Short selling RSS n it was due to Operator profit taking n RSS only just tag along.RSS damage to share price small because volume small,less people play,you have to pay upfront,pay a fee,borrow shares from IB for 1,2 or 3 months to return.Another type of Short Selling IDSS damage is big due to volume 10 times bigger,more people play,no need pay upfront,but same day buy back shares to cover position.In IDSS,within 2 hours,they can drive down the price by 10 cents!which is a lot!That is why,Bursa only approved RSS now,but not IDSS,as Market still volatile.But no fear,every time Operators selldown,the next round they costs are getting higherYou can see, previous selldown lowest 0.64,last selldown lowest 0.695.So as along as dnex fundamentals stay intact,price will move up not down,even though Operators busy push up,push down.You will notice,every time selldowns,Operator runners will be busy here spreading fears,price will go 0.20,0.30,0.50,0.60,....,fake news,in the hope that everyone panic sell,they can get cheap tickets.
