（吉隆坡27日讯）方正（PUC，0007，创业板）以200万新元（约628万6200令吉），收购新加坡Enovax私人有限公司全数股权，拓展科技业务，尤其是电子商务及支付、广告和媒体领域。

该公司昨天向交易所报备，与Enovax主席兼总执行长符永久（译音）签署具条件股权买卖协议，放眼在2个月内，完成财务和法律精密审核，并委任新加坡籍的符永久为方正的科技总监，为期3年。

持463万合约

董事部相信，Enovex在研发软件方面的专业知识能够为方正增值，同时，对方正今财年的营业额与盈利有正面贡献。截至去年杪，Enovex手持463万令吉合约。

方正总执行长张嘉洲通过文告说：“收购Enovax将推动方正的扩展和长期增长计划，成为领先的数字服务供应商。”

董事部预计在次季或之前，完成上述交易。

在強勁買盤下，方正與方正-WB雙雙在早盤即擠進20大熱門股。

方正先揚0.5仙，以14仙開跑；休市暫掛14.5仙，升1仙；半日有2388萬5700股易手。截至4時半，方正報14仙，起0.5仙，成交量2517萬3200股。

方正-WB則以9仙開市，起0.5仙，早盤以9仙掛休，升0.5仙；半日成交量1559萬600股。截至4時半，方正-WB報9仙，起0.5仙，成交量1604萬700股。



方正周三（26日）向馬證交所報備，與新加坡資訊科技商務解決方案供應商Enovax創辦人符永裕簽署諒解備忘錄（MOU），協商以200萬新元（約622萬令吉），收購Enovax全數股權。

方正集團總執行長張嘉洲在文告中指出，是項股權收購有助于公司長期發展。

（吉隆坡19日讯）方正（PUC，0007，创业板）宣布以160万4240令吉，脱售Oscar财富咨询私人有限公司70%股权。

方正今日向交易所报备，Oscar财富咨询主要业务是提供金融计划与咨询服务、相关培训、活动管理和其他支援服务。

该公司指出，脱售活动可释放在Oscar财富咨询的投资价值。收益将用作营运资本，以支撑其他收益较高的业务。

如无意外，股权脱售相信可在第三季完成。

方正集团董事经理张嘉洲，通过文告指出，脱售Oscar财富咨询，属于重组计划的一部分，符合未来成为领导型数字服务供应商的计划。

同时，该公司也将持续为股东创造价值。

KUALA LUMPUR (April 19): PUC Founder (MSC) Bhd is divesting its entire 70% equity interest in financial advisory firm Oscar Wealth Advisory Sdn Bhd (OWA) for RM1.6 million.

The media planning company, in a statement today, said it had acquired Oscar Wealth in 2008.

“The divestment of our controlling stake in OWA is part of our portfolio restructuring, in line with our future growth plans of becoming a leading digital services provider, as well as continual efforts to create value for our shareholders,” said PUCs group managing director Cheong Chia Chou.

“We are satisfied with the work and commitment that we have put in OWA and are confident that it has the potential to further grow in its sector,” Cheong added.

PUC Founder’s shares were unchanged at 14 sen in afternoon trading, giving it a market capitalisation of RM155.1 million.

据媒体报道，霹雳运通（PTRANS，0186，创业板）董事经理拿督斯里张广威指出，该公司正计划转至主板交易。

霹雳运通过去3年累计营业额达到2亿4190万令吉，净利达5450万令吉，已符合转板条件。

另外，张广威也计划扩充安定繁荣（AmanJaya）终站，从现有的16.6万平方尺，至37.5万平方尺，将现有的综合公交终站提升至零售和休闲中心。

行家建议

我们认为，该公司转至主板的活动是正面的企业发展。

张广威提及安定繁荣终站的扩充发展，也会为公司带来长期的业务增值机会，从扩充后的营运面积，带动租金和广告收入。

另外，令吉的疲软将带动国内旅游业发展，间接利好霹雳运通的业务。

2017财年的净利，主要来自短程巴士改革计划（SBST）；而将在明年完成的金宝终站，会在明年成净利主要贡献来源。

我们重申“买入”投资评级，维持31仙目标价。

根據財經週刊《Focus Malaysia 》，霹靂運通董事經理拿督張廣威說，冀望通過轉至主要板，吸引各個層面的投資者，符合公司的策略。

張廣威指出：“轉板除了可提升公司的聲譽，也可獲得投資者認可，尤其是機構投資者。”

他說，若公司轉至主要板，或市值超過5億令吉，將更容易受到市場關注。



上市公司如果能連續3年累積至少2000萬令吉淨利，並在最近期的財年取得至少600萬令吉，即符合資格轉至主要板。

否則，上市公司也可通過，將公司5億令吉市值保持1年而轉板。

該公司是在去年10月6日在馬股創業板。

（吉隆坡14日讯）甫上市6个月的综合巴士站服务业者霹雳运通（PTRANS,0186,创业板贸服组）计划转至主板交易，加上垄断怡保巴士服务及放眼拓展业务至其他区域，成为盈利增长催化剂，前景获分析员看好。

财经周刊《Focus Malaysia》引述霹雳运通董事经理拿督斯里张广威报道称，该公司计划转至主板上市，并有意扩建Amanjaya综合公共交通终站，将之打造成为集结零售及生活化的枢纽。

艾芬黄氏研究认为，霹雳运通转至主板上市，将能吸引更多来自不同阶层的投资者。

霹雳运通符合主板上市的条例，在过去3年，该公司累积营业额达2亿4190万令吉和净利5450万令吉。

“而扩建Amanjaya综合公共交通终站，相信可以增加出租和宣传空间，继而加强该公司的租金及广告收入，并贡献长期价值。”

艾芬黄氏认为，霹雳运通2017年盈利贡献来自于怡保的短途巴士服务转型（SBST），下一波的盈利增长催化剂则是来自拉曼大学（UTAR）及拉曼大学学院（KTAR）附近的金宝巴士终站。

此外，艾芬黄氏指出，马币疲弱和大量游客前往怡保旅游，也为霹雳运通带来利好，这些增长潜能使得该公司更具吸引力。



艾芬黄氏维持霹雳运通“买进”评级和31仙目标价。
