Latukteh: pray tell here and Bursa how you deduced that there was an inter-company contra set off of negative shareholders funds of GIL from the earlier announcements and against which company?

My simple interpretation of ann dated 20th Apr:
TPY wants to use Nexgram to buy a BVI company shares(GIL,which he is already a director and shareholder and therefore a related party transaction) for Rm100.00 per shr generating profit of 68sen.

AMLA should look at this deal.

Price/sales ratio = 0.42 ie mkt cap only 42% of sales revenue.

EPS only 5 cents;still using weighted average number of shares 7 months after listing!

71cents will give market cap of about 500m

Whats in hand is Sensorlink which you all 'voted' for the purchase BUT dont insist on seeing results ie the profit guarantee.If the profit guarantee of RM4.2m was taken into account then NG lost RM4.9m.Angkasabina is still only an MOU where is the money? however you all continue extrapolating its profits.....WAKE UP!

Jeorakmo,excuse me I never mention about the Ankasa projects bcos I know nothing of it.Too cheap projects are useless bcos cannot make money.

Thnx strategisst; was worried about the liabilities part; but I suppose this novation was to avoid/remove the related party transactions.

anyone read and understood the novation?
