With the inclusion of DSSB's $3.375m profit, FPGroup PE will drop to 24.9x

At 91.5 sen closing today, without DSSB contribution, FPGroup is trading at a PE of 33.13x.

The profit guarantee of RM 9m for 2 years mean each year 4.5m and FPGroup has a 75% stake. This will contribute 3.375m on top of FPGroup organic PAT.

Since the private placement cancelled, someone who were interested/supposed to get shares in private placement has no choice but need to buy it, so he got it from one of major shareholder by DBT (Direct Business Transaction), 15 mil shares.
