There is no restriction at High Court.

Any one with Malaysia ID Card or Company with Malaysian Directors can bid

But don't expect any fire sale

I know of one guy who bought 200 houses

One 400 houses

One syndicate bought 1,000 houses. These guys who bought 1,000 houses have their own bankers, lawyers, contractors, runners, loan experts & sales team

So don't expect anything cheap
