Look at the GMMA, RSI MACD and Stochastic.
Also, the flag and pendant implies potential: 22+6=28 the next target.

After this follow up with higher stop and so on until the trend change. Read J Morton Davis "From Hards Knocks To Hot Stocks"

The above TA story is unemotional.

Am scouting around i3 forums looking for some feasiable recommendations. Saw recommendations onthis counter.

Reading thru, the above heated discussion and analysing the furnished info for this I sincerly like to thanks the participants.

I am not taking sides but I make my deductions on given facts and this counter is not for me at this moment. If I was here eralier I could have participated but with the news it is over for me. Sell on news.

Why would I put in 18 sen and take back 8 sen (assume 100% certain) with 10 sen at RISK. There are no real plans at present. Like a farmer selling the best land parcel and trying to use the proceeds to feed his family and hope to turn the barren land into ONE being sold. It will take time to succeed enen if they are smart.

We venture into something only when we see certainty or some X Factor.

No hard feelings please to those with vested interest. Even for those vested it is still not too late to collect your soild profit and venture elsewhere and make more money.

Hope you find new gems and please let me know so I can join you.

Assume OR finally closed at 9sen, giving it this benefit of good price which is not likely. Theoretical value of new mother share price would be 9 + 17.5 = 26.5, assuming wb as a reward and so value is assign value to it.

For sure it will drop when the new shares are registered due to the large volume. As for wb the market decides based on premium and price of the enlarged mother shares. Enlarged by 4.1 times.

If you have OR you will see it in your portfolio by 23/10.

You can sell them from tomorrow to 28/10 and get your $$

If you want to get the mother share you must pay and that money must reach them by 6/11 or else your OR expires and all the value evaporates and OR disappear. I hope that this is clear enough. Talk to your broker to get a solid basic foundation b4 you continue trading.

Fantastic goreng plan by the BoB. You will understand when it unfolds which is getting clear and obvious.
Just watch the execution - the show is already on. Those who had converted to mother shares before 17/10 will benefit tremendously from the collateral gain if they take action when the window of opportunity opens and before it closed. Sorry for the wa holders this is yr last chance to exit.
Example, if you have 10lots of mother b4 ex-date what are your benefits with the OR with the marked up mother share. The wb is a bait. So smooth.
For those not in this position, BEFORE YOU LEAP THINK ABOUT THIS and what I had said before. Else you will get real GORENG. "CHOU TA"

Sorry, I under-estimated the power and cunning of the INTERESTED PARTIES. This is only a game. WORSE consequences will come before 6/11 to the unwary. Using peanuts to catch monkeys. Should have seen that in advance.
Be patient.
Imagine 4x of new shares (2.72B) and 680m new WA flooding the market and screaming to SELL.

DONT buy. Bet it will plunged like hell. If you have no ordinary shares buy the rights to exercise.
Tomorrow is ex-date and personnally, will be selling the mother share and use the proceeds ++ to exercise the rights.
I bought back the mother at 46.5 when it crashed down after I cut losses at 52 mother and 27 WA. Lost a sum as mentioned earlier.

Bought back some mother on 4 Sept for the rights ONLY. Did not sell even when it returned to 60cts for this sole purpose only.

Am NOT doing myself a FAVOUR by telling you not to BUY. If I am NOT on your side wouldn't I encourage you to BUY - as I will be SELLER.

INTERESTED PARTIES behind the scene will likely continue supporting the share price until 6 Nov.

The data I use is obtained from the contributions in this forum.
Based on 123Leo on page 4 info. I gather that the conversion price of your current WA will be 32cts.
So based on the above calculation the opening market price would be about 24cts for the mother share so the WA would be in negative.
Sorry to say this. Take care.

Below is my calculation of the mother or ordinary share value on ex-date based on the Assumption closing price on 16/10 of 60cts and you have 10 lots.

Original Rts New WA New and old ordinary shares
Cl-Pr Ex-Pr Ex-Pr Calculated Expected Price of ordinary shares
60 cts 17.5cts 14cts 23.89
10000 41000 10000 61000

If the new mother market share price is 24cts what do you think the old WA with a conversion price of close to 30cts worth?
Even in the unlikely event where the company offers to bring down the conversion to 14cts the WA is only worth 10cts +/- market premium.

I hope you understand why now I do not like to give such an advice.

Seriously, I do NOT LIKE to give this advice but am giving as a good comrade here, if you still hold the WA please get rid of them ASAP as it will definitely sink like an angle on ex-date 17/10 and stay there until the mother can rise significantly on very good news.

Buy the mother with the proceeds and exercise the rights, this is one redemption. Another is use the same to buy and exercise the rights to get new shares and WA. Else use the proceeds to buy the new WA at the lowest price possible.

Another positive way to look at is for the same $ to purchase the mother share you can buy more LA. When the times comes to take your profit, you will gain much more. Especially, taking into account of the phenomena that when the market is chasing the share the son will be trading at a premium.

Pay the conversion price anytime before expiration. But in this case if u want to get the rights it is too late but you still can convert but for what. You awill be throwing your money into the drain or donating to the company.

In future if wa > conversion price, you still pay the same conversion price to get the mother share. But in this remote case the wa will likely be trading at a premium so better to sell than take the trouble to convert.

Gabriel the lingo of the terms simply is:
EXERCISE PRICE means price you paid in exercising the rights offered as you had done 13cts earlier to get the ICULS

CONVERSION PRICE price is the future amount to be paid next when you intend to convert ICULS (in this case) and or warrants in other cases into new mother shares

Stock

2013-10-03 22:01 | Report Abuse

Gentlemen don't be too happy. There seems to a a misunderstanding of the conversion. If the conversion price is 26cts means you have to fork out (26 + 1 ICUL) to get 1 new mother share of L&G. That means the ICULS is already trading at a premium. So no free lunch at the moment. The 13cts paid is not included in the 26cts.

However if I remember correctly, I was told that the conversion price is 18cts. At that time I was mentally a quick calculation weather to sell or exercise the rights when the later was trading at 5cts and the mother at about 33cts. This makes sense as (13+18=32).

I applied for 30000 excess and got all.

Please correct me if I am not correct.

Agree don't take too much risk at current price. If price dropped significantly to 38 support w/o breaking thru' just before ex-date can bull some, since warrant is free. Use this leverage to make some money as the company is in oil & gas, a current sunshine sector.
