kali puts rm 10.2 billion price tag valuation on the pipes which is much higher than rm 1.0 billion they were value when Perbadanan Urus Air Selangor (PUAS) was privatised and taken over by Syabas.

Something fishy here that Azmin may use this to blame on Kali.

probably the delay is due to syabas which has no assets. The pipes are owned by the state and only used by Syabas. Now the new state admin. want to find fault to press down the price.

It is different from Abbas and Splash which there are physical assets and can adequately measure and pass them to PAAB.

The price given to syabas may be divert to increase for splash.

no wonder these days, puncak so volatile but kps so steady .... going up slowly.

probably they only buy those "leader" in the industry ... since gamuda holding the most share. Any movement will be a "giant" step.... "gigantic" gain for them.
They probably got hint that the deal will make them rich.
If not , they will not put so much public money inside it with the risk of splash shareholder losing rm2.55 bil for the offered of 0.09x book value instead of 1x book value,

The state and fed govt have to close this deal fast as splash is a money making machine and the shareholder fund is growing with time. They have to pay higher if keep on delaying .

kps is shaping itself for the next big movement.

kps share price movement would be less affected by puncak. As kps holding 30% of splash and gamuda holding 40%, the share price is more stable at this moment as epf, kwap, amanah saham is accumulating Gamuda share to standby for the positive splash deal. the new splash deal may be announced soon before the dry season kick in. Maybe on 6 Feb 15 (Friday). ... before the chinese new year. Every business paper talking positive about the deal.
