Bursa Malaysia has warned Reneuco Bhd that its shares will be suspended if it fails to submit its annual report for the financial year ended Sept 30, 2023, by Feb 8.

If you still hold the above shares,stay out like S Dynamic (SD) where no latest audited reports are available.

Having reviewed their latest audited report 2023,the auditors have expressed " clean audit opinion " on the state of affairs of the company. The corporate government is sound in place as reported and so is their sustainability developments in the future.

In view of the foregoing, there is no cause of concern.

What scam? . I read their audited financial report last night . It was impressive and informative.It is believed the company is heading the right direction helmed by the term of new management of integrity and professionalism as compared to Dr.K in the past . it is clear that the company used to be ill-managed under the directorship of Dr.K but he is the thing of the past. The company will never look back but advance forward to the height. The recent turnaround of the company is a good sign of the future prospect of the company .

When the outbreak started , majority of shareholders /investors were trapped in most companies be it blue chip or what but after the outbreak , most shares are recovering steadily. As long as you are still holding, its a matter of time for it to be rebound. The company was established in 1975 with more than 48 years in operation. Hence ,there is no reason to believe that it would vanish out of the blue.....

The gearing ratio is reported to be below 30%. The gearing ratio is expected to be lower when the company 's profitability is improved as it appears to be on the right track.

The unexplanatory LD for 2 consecutive days for NO reason whatsoever remains a mystery. Let it be a myth.

By the same token, it can also spike for 2 consecutive days for No reasons any moment from now...

No performance of new mgt issue.
No business operation issue .
No future prospects issue .
The only issue was the unexplanatory LD issue for consecutive two days for NO reason.
Eagle is fully aware of the capacities of the New mgt and the company.

Since you have duly acknowledged the importance of the present , why cant you acknowledge the fact the New Management Team are proactively taking positive measures NOW to improve and turn around the company as evident from their recent reported profit from a series of losses made in the past? The market is forward looking and so are we. The key to the appreciation of share price is the future prospects ,not the past. Take topglove for example,it has no future and its a sunset industry,there is no reason to believe why its shares will not be stagnant if not depressed further...

In Bursa,every where is booby traps .No counter can be spared no matter how fundamentally strong the counters are.

All it can be done now is for SCIB to climb up steadily with fundamentals which is bulit up by the new mgt.No short cut but perseverance.
