Unlike Lynas where a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is required to separate and process Rare Earth materials , involving disposal of wastes etc , SCIB need not to be located in a remote place as mentioned above. As long as it is operated inside the designated heavy Industrial zone", it is fine. It must be close to the port for ease of transportation of end products by Sea.
