To subscribe for the 10% , it requires funding be it internally or externally. It is unlikely that the company will be able to subscribe . Internally, the company has difficulty to raise funds through RI and PP as investors have lost faith in the Top Management. Their dividend policy and growth are pathetic as reflected in the current share price.

Externally, it is believed that no funders are keen to extend the borrowings to them though their gearing level is low. The reason for their low gearing level is due to their massive issuance of RI and PP in the past ,ballooning the share capital base in disguise. External funders have lost faith in the Management too. The company is destined to be doomed.

The composition of BOD is fully determined by one individual with the slogan " you help me and I help you". The voice of BOD is fully subjugated by one individual. Basically, the BOD are all puppets of one individual. No transparency in Corporate Governance , no freedom of expression for the best interest of shareholders , no opposition to the resolution of one individual. The company is destined to be doomed.

Its futile as the latest appointment is said to be
another case of nepotism.Basically,the composition of BOD is under control and seize by one individual in disguise.

Investors are looking for only 2 things ie capital gain through appreciation of share price and dividends be it small or big. The Mgt has chosen not to pay but retain for re-investment in USA for further growth leading to higher capital gain . However , if the share price remains stagnant if not worse than before following the re-investment ,his head would be chopped....

His purpose in purchase of new private jet and in construction of factory in USA is to exhaust the cash resources to the maximum and to avoid payment of big dividend to the shareholders. Her daughter was against the idea of replacing the " still " new private jet while Datin was against his abuse of authority in the BOD by calling for more transparency in the Corporate Governance.

US will always support local produce. Medical products are subject to stringent compliances and requirement. Hence it eliminates the possibility of detention and /or boycott if shipment is done from Malaysia. It is a strategical move to produce directly from USA and sell locally and even export to other regional countries like Canada and so on. Gloves business is not high tec business and its growth is rather constrained and saturated given the stiff competition in USA.

The balance of " Ying " and Yang " is very important. Apparently, the MIB ( Man In Black ) has lost his balance and gone " hay wire" to the anger of his family members. It is believed that other shareholders are beginning to lose faith in him. The company is expected to be doomed sooner than you and me could imagine.

When the trust and harmony has been shattered in the union of family business , it is destined to be doomed....

What do you think? Do you think it drops due to loss making ? Have you checked what has contributed to loss making? Could it be due to excessively high administrative expenses or operational expenses ? could it be due to the high maintenance costs for the private jet ? Nevertheless ,it is believed that some expenses are controllable and avoidable.

It is noticed that the company is in desperate move to support its share price and avert a disastrous plummeting to penny stock. Given the current situation surrounding the company , its future is bleak and doomed

What are you hoping for ? it is believed that many believe Jaks is to be traded 3 or 4 times higher than 018 . With that belief of 3 or 4 times returns, many are still averaging and keep averaging like nobody business. If you believe you can fly, do you really believe you can fly ? It is a "dead meat belief" if not suiciding....

No debate but public awareness cos someone out there is still delusional of the highest order perhaps due to his /her egoism.

Under DRP ,more shares are expected to be issued. EPS is expected to be lower . MV of the shares is expected to be depressed. However , the Gearing of the company should be " lower in disguise " due to its enormous number of shares . Can the company turn to external borrowing/funds due to its " lower gearing in disguise" ? The answer is NO given the pathetic situations now . The external funders are unlikely to lend..

The proposed DRP ( Dividend Reinvestment Plan ) is another gimmick of denial of cash dividend payment whereby instead of receiving cash dividend payments, shareholders are required to buy " additional shares" with dividend payments( DRP) . No physical cash outflows under DRP due to the fact that the company is stricken with cash. Basically the company is unable to pay cash dividend but to resort to DRP as a desperate move,which sends a negative signal to the Market.

As a result of DRP, more issues are expected to be issued causing EPS to be lower , which would descent the share price further. More capital losses are expected for the shareholders

The dividend paid from Vietnam Power Plant to Jaks ( as JV partner) is merely share of profit in the agreed JV . Whether Jaks will re-distribute to its shareholders is another story. Do you really believe that Jaks would reward its shareholders with the dividend payment ? Jaks is unlikely to do so ,not in a million years. The Management would rather use it for their " own agenda ".

When ton of cash was available in the past , dividend was not paid on "agenda". Now the company is stricken with cashflows, dividend payment is totally out of question. The company can consider " bonus issue" but such would exacerbate the shares price to the extent of becoming a " penny stock "

The company has been very mean to shareholders as evident from its "zero dividend yield" from day 1. The excuse of ploughing the retained earnings for re-investment for future growth to enhance the wealth of shareholders through the appreciation of share price is just a gimmick and disguise.

Look at the current pathetic share price at which most investors are suffering from huge capital losses. It is believed that the company has been marked as " untouchable" and ditched by investors.

As said earlier on that the share price was expected to go below 20c by the end of this year if not even faster, it appears to be true with hindsight now. Given the dampening situation surrounding the company, it is expected to stay below 20c if not even lower to become a penny stock very soon.. sooner than expected
