If AAX and Cap A were viewed to be mutually exclusive by Bursa, AAX's PN 17 status would have been uplifted by now. Bursa has chosen not to do so and exercised its right for the said decision irrespective of their respective merits

Deadlines for both are synchronised ie 7/10/23. Its do or die situation whereby AAX and Cap A are bonded like the conjoined twins who are inseparable. They are not mutually exclusively in the view of Bursa.

From your posting below which is self-explanatory ,it can be conferred that Bursa 's stand is very loud and clear. No RP for both by the deadline , No Upliftment of both. Basically, Upliftment of both or nothing.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had vide its letter dated 27 July 2023 resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 3 months up to 7 October 2023 to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.

The extension of time is without prejudice to Bursa Securities' right to proceed to suspend the trading of the listed securities of the Company and to de-list the Company in the event:

(i) the Company fails to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities on or before 7 October 2023;

(ii) the Company fails to obtain the approval from any of the regulatory authorities necessary for the implementation of its regularisation plan; or

Yes, AAX is technically out of PN 17 but not Cap A . Bursa's stand is very clear and firm, Upliftment of both or nothing. To Bursa, both are not mutually exclusive.

You and me may not care but Bursa cares the most. As highlighted, what bursa wish is that either both( AAX and Cap A) go down from listing or both are out of PN 17 status . Both are not mutually exclusive.

Thats why Bursa insists on submission of RP for both. It is as simple as that.

Bursa is not keen on the status of other Airlines except for AAX and cap A which are being listed in Bursa under its jurisdiction of listing.

AaX has aborted to fly to the moon and grounded for the time being.Passengers already on board the flights are advised to vacate the cabin inside the plane immediately.Sorry to say.

No use.Bursa doesn't want "load factor" of planes but RP. Granted with further time extension till oct,Stony is not expected to try his luck with the relief again.By hook or by crook,he must get the RP ready by then otherwise he will get backfired.

It is believed that he already got the drafted plan but just that he was reluctant to procced with the execution for the reason(s) only known to himself.

Stony is said to be very furious with Bursa for rejection of his application for the relief from submission of RP,which would jeopardise his salvage plan to rescue Cap A.

From day 1,stony doesn't want to submit the RP but relies on its interim financial performance to get out of PN 17.

As long as the founder and the rest of his team are still intact to helm the company, there is no cause of concern. Expansion is expected to be on track following their successful IPO.

In view of the fast changing dynamic world, one must be flexible to respond to the changing circumstances surrounding the company where " sell call" can be turned into ''buy call " and vice versa in a spilt of second. Twisting of story is out of the question here

For sure, AAX must issue shares in order to salvage Cap A but it is a matter of now many shares to be issued be it right issues or additional shares.

To the observation of the opening TP , it appears that the exit of PN17 status has been factored in the interim price.

Judging from the interim,I have my reservation.

The very fact is that this counter has relatively small share cap of 480m shares which is very volatile. It can move either way in an extreme manner. If nothing negative ahead,there is no reason why it should not surge....

It is felt that Bursa is in a dilemma whether to set a precedent by uplifting AAX without RP. Though the past improved financial performance is factual, it could not be taken as an assurance and/or a basis that the upcoming QR would be improved in similar fashion too. However, it can be argued that the demand for Air transportation is overwhelming now ,there is no reason why the upcoming QRs can not be maintained if not better than the previous ones.

From the reaction of the market on AAX and Cap A as at this hour, it seems to be discouraging....

Basically, Stony is not keen to devise the RP for AAX but he would rather let the improved financial performance do the the talking with automatic upliftment subject to the approval of Bursa . As for Capital A , Stony would deal with it upon upliftment of AAX's PN 17 status ie one thing at a time...

No RP from AAX but just the past financial information to convince the Bursa that its financial performance has been improving from QR to QR and the steady cashflows generated by AAX are able to meet its debts gradually in satisfaction. With the improving financial performance of AAX from QR to QR from now , AAX is said to be in a better position to devise the constructive RP to salvage Cap A . Thats why AAX has applied for relief from submission of RP

Dead line is 28th July , BURSA still has plenty of time to deliberate....

As pointed out, Bursa is believed not to be keen to set a precedent to uplift a company being marked as PN 17 without submission of RP.

No news is either good news or bad news ......Judging from the reaction of the market , it seems to be bad news.
