looks like coming....but the resistent level is quite hard to break......these few days if nothing happen thought of reducing my stake by half alry.....

as i indicated earlier, this is just the beginning.....tan sri increases his shareholdings.....the main catalyst is the state govt apporval for the rm2bllion project.....

short term target 0.20. After annoucement of the 2billion project approval...target 0.50.

new HIGH is coming soon.....

from this private deal transaction, we can conclude that tan sri Chan Ah Chye has plan to revitalise the company and that's why he has confident and thus increases his shareholding. Normally, the off-market transaction will be done deal at a discount, and that's why the price was set at 0.11 whereby the current market price is 0.13, but i believe he is not interested to make this short term gain. Instead he is looking at something much bigger.... It is a very GOOD news.

short term-not sure, but long term- definitely the upside is higher chance than downside. 13 or 13.5 cents are still cheap. Waiting for catalyst news, and that's it it will fly very high....

hi kevin, are you sure? is there any catalyst news? it will be great cause i am stuck with this counter for almost a year now and my entry cost is 0.105. when was the last time when the price was at the peak around 0.40?

TMC Life’s latest move on high volume may be a bullish sign. Traders may buy if the stock holds above the MYR0.425 level. The target price is set at MYR0.535, followed by MYR0.585. if that' s the case, the current price of the warrant is fairly priced given the expiring time is quite near. Just hope the mother share price can continue to go up further to allow the upward movement on the warrant. From now on, i guess, the warrant price will move in tandem with the mother share....

having said that, so long as the maturity period for this warrant is still long time to go, the current price of this warrant of 0.095 is far different from the mother share of 0.495. normally, the warrant price will close the gap as time moves on. in the case of TMC, as long as the mother share can sustain its price level or further moving up, i believe the waarant price will moe up further to close the gap.

Assuming mother is at 0.495, i believe the warrant will be up from the current 0.095 to at least 0.40 in the near future.

ok, i got it, the exercise/conversion price is 0.40. So, now the warrant is currently "at the money", and someone is trying to keep it that way. that's why the monther share has gone up by 0.40, but the warrant is only up by 0.15. it makes sense on theory, but many occasion we will find "out of the money" warrant given that if the maturity date is still far reaching.

can anyone tells me what is the exercise price for the TMC-WA?

i have been stuck with this counter for almost 8 month and currently is down by a few thousands ringgits. my entry cost is 0.105. i am thinking to average down but not sure aboout the prospects? Anyone can enlighten me on the future prospects of this company?
