Wonder what analysts will said... they been bearish on the CPO price since CPO traded above Rm3500. Most reports said CPO price cannot last, will pull back since 3Q2020, the fact now is CPO still stay above Rm4000... CPO for 2Q2021 still holding >4k...

大马机场招标冠病检测服务 传MyEG和Edgenta入围

吉隆坡17日讯）消息人士透露，大马机场（AIRPORT，5014，主板交通和物流股）为本地机场冠病检测服务供应进行招标，至少有10家公司入围，且MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板科技股）和Edgenta（EDGENTA，1368，主板工业股） 皆在列。

《The Edge》周刊引述消息人士报道，入围者有与BP临床试验室私人有限公司携手的MyEG、Bestinet私人有限公司和Tass Tech私人有限公司联营、Maju医疗保健和Gribbles Patholgy（马）私人有限公司联营、Edgenta，以及MNC全球私人有限公司。

同时，这项服务据知是预先为国境重开与国际旅游提前做好准备。

消息人士说：“这项招标涉及到7间机场，分别是吉隆坡国际机场（KLIA）、吉隆坡第二国际机场（KLIA2）、梳邦（苏丹阿都阿兹沙机场）、古晋、亞庇、浮罗交怡和槟城（机场）。”

仅10公司入围

另外，此次共有31家公司提交竞标文件，且只有10家入围。

目前，尚不清楚大马机场是只找一家或多家业者，来承包所有机场的检测服务。

如此来看，KLIA和KLIA2合约相信是最有利可图的，毕竟KLIA在2019年共有2920万搭客人次，而KLIA2更是高达3310万人次，相当于每日分别有8万和9.1万人次。

同时，每位乘客检测费用据闻会介于130到150美元（约536到619令吉资金），若每日共有1万名搭客，得标者每日可以挣得600万令吉，又或1年22.5亿令吉营收。

另外，大马机场打算先在KLIA和KLIA2落实检测，每日人数可分别多达1万人次，随后才会在其他机场推行。

Suria have stable income around 50mil p.a, which is 14.5 eps. Assume 50% payout ratio, it would be 7.25c div per share... which translate to 6% yield as current price... good for my retirement fund

Suria have 30% dividend policy.... paying 30-40% over the years...
Hopefully the payout ratio to increase to 50-70%, as most of the agreed capex been done to upgrade the ports

I think something big is on going on Tchong, it signed MOU with GAC, while GAC has intention to promote their cars into ASEAN countries, they are also in talk with HUAWEI to develop EV. It is either GAC will take a stake in TChong or it will become sole distributor for GAC, both are good to shareholders!

The Concession Agreement (CA) for the renewal of the maintenance concession
for the Southern Region (Johor, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan) and Sarawak was
signed in early March 2016. This contract is for 10 years, from 1.1.16 to 31.12.25.
Initial rate p.a. is set at approximately RM52 mil for the first 5 years, with automatic
increase to RM59m p.a. from year 6 to 10.

Based on above statement which is on AWC quarterly report, the concession is going to contribute extra 7mil to the rev since 1.1.2021. We assume 5mil flow into net profit, plus the contribution from new contract, 10c EPS should be achievable this year onward... cheers!!!
