Cheap PE around 7 times with 3-5% growth yearly, big discount to Book, but... all most money earns go to state government for public affairs.... shareholder get mu dek

Is like a man married a woman but she always thinking about another man. PBA do not have same objective as a corporate like others - make profit, they do not aim to maximize profit, but maximize the public interest

In fact, state gov should take it private. PBA is a private company but priorities public interest rather than shareholder interest. Its a big conflict of interest with minority and they shldn't keep it listed.

i am not sure about Ranhill. But in PBA case, the profit has almost doubled since 2015, but dividend only up by little. The most important is state government need to take care public interest and is far beyond shareholder interest.

Based on the past cases got through, this kind of high intrinsic value company normally get price suppressed for a period and then the major shareholder will come out and make a general offer to take the company private. Kseng's case maybe around rm6-7, which is way higher than current price, but far below its value.

They should privatized PBA too as there is conflict of interest with the Penang citizen.
A corporate should prioritize on shareholder's interest but i think PBA is citizen first.
