I am 101% agree with mr alkop advise....most of tiger directors including 2 dato are conman.......they buy & sale between them actually on paper only with intention to influence market esp blind retail players.......I am following this counter since mid last year & their directors using the same strategy......make an announcement buying @ selling shares when the price is going up.....when reach their target price, they sell off their shares......siapa yg kena, offcourse retail players....btw saya dapat untung kaunter ini but have to hold more than 4 mth......kalau smart kaunter ini boleh guna strategy hit & run.....macam anak tiger hari ini .....god bless u....

The Board of Directors of TSB refers to the Article published in Nanyang Siang Pao on Friday, 17 May 2013 in relation to Dato' Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi re-emerged as a substantial shareholder of TSB and wish to announce that TSB had on 17 May 2013 received the following notifications:-

- A set of Form 29B dated 17 May 2013 from Syawaras Sdn. Bhd. notifying TSB that they had on 16 May 2013 and 17 May 2013 purchased in total 19,200,000 shares in TSB which is equivalent to 5.02% of the total issued and paid up share capital of TSB

- A set of Form 29B dated 17 May 2013 from Dato' Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi notifying TSB that Syawaras Sdn. Bhd. had on 16 May 2013 and 17 May 2013 purchased in total 19,200,000 shares in TSB which is equivalent to 5.02% of the total issued and paid up share capital of TSB.

Subsequently to the above, Syawaras Sdn. Bhd. has become a substantial shareholder of TSB and Dato' Seri Abdul Azim Bin Mohd Zabidi is deemed to be a substantial shareholder of TSB by virtue of his interest in Syawaras Sdn. Bhd.
