As mentioned earlier, I have sold all my XOX and waiting for the right time to buy back. But after getting to know of the restricted issue to "special" buyers at just a mere 0.10 whereas the market price is around 0.60 to 0.70, it is just ridiculous and unfair to the minority shareholders and taken them for a special ride of losing of at least 0.50 per share. You bought at market price and immediately lose a huge sum of at least 0.50 per share whereas the special buyers are laughing to the banks.

How's about the coming rights issue?. At what price are the rights issue being issued to the minority shareholders?? At market price??? Then you have to dig deep into your pockets to take up again. The "special" buyers might just sell and get the profits to take up the rights issue and then get the rights with more shares with warrants for free.

Decision is yours to sell and change to another counter, maybe DPS as Richkid has indicated, if you are still a loyal follower of him. Be fair to him too, he has also mentioned to sell before the downward tsunami......kakaka

As expected, Q1 QR, is usually not that good as compared to the other quarters. Furthermore, Q1 ended 30.09.2015 might not have included the newly acquired companies contributions which were just fully acquired n completed after Q1 ending. Hopefully, the next quarter will be better as the newly acquired companies will contribute to the bottom line.
Only set back, no dividend declared again. Hope it will do so in the coming Q2.

Do conclude with Richkid that XOX is a good potential stock to go up further in the long term if one is able to hold on even they go in at a little bit on the high side at this moment. Just a little hiccup, one start to get scared and throw at a loss due to the masses herds mentality and do not rationalise the reasons behind it. Just hold on if one is able to hold and wait for the dust to settle down. There are always the risks involved when one is investing/speculating in stocks/shares. The macro aspects are always greater than the micro aspects. No one can take control of the macro aspects unless one is above all......kakaka.

Why put the blame on richkid? If one has followed his advice from day 1 and went in at 0.07 or below 0.10 and keep it till today and sell at today's closing price or at 0.265, one still make a hefty profit. Furthermore, he has also advised one to sell when it breached the support level. When one is into stock investing one must also be aware of the risks that comes with it.
