Good signal as it closed at 0.425, up 0.015 in spite of the down trend overall market and low volume. AWC is announcing more and more contracts and seems that its diversification plans and strategies are in the right direction. Maybe more good news will be coming after the CNY and get ready ........for the continuation of the north bound flight........kakaka.

In the near term, not much chance for it to go down to 0.30. It will be most welcomed by those sharks waiting for the bilis. Even 0.38 or below will be difficult as it will be easily swallowed up by the sharks. Just sit tight and let it drift, ...... soon it will go back up north. To those that are successful, I like to congratulate and to wish you all the best and to make full use of the opportunities being given to you. You are most fortunate and lucky to have this type of opportunities as compared to my time, if one wants to succeed and to have a degree, one has to work real hard for it. No such scholarship is available at that time.
I recalled I have to finance my studies by working 2 or 3 part-time jobs in the university and studied full time with a full load of 4 or 5 classes. Life was really tough but I was happy and found life meaningful with the thoughts of self achievement and planned a better life for the future. Please do not let it slip and go to waste and do try to help others when you are able and capable.
On the other hand, for those who are not successful, please do not be discouraged, disheartened and disorientated by what Mr Koon has written. Please sit back and give a deeper thought on what Mr Koon has written and seek the rationale for his writings and comments. His comments deserved some deeper thoughts and analysis. Take it positively and constructively. Just be tough and seek other alternatives to continue your journey and be successful in your undertakings. Existing shareholders are put in a very difficult situations.......TO SUBSCRIBE or NOT TO SUBSCRIBE for the Rights Issues (RI) Either way, they will lose out and always the eventual losers.
On the other hand, the majority shareholders and management are the real winners. They hold the ACE card to decide and will always be the winner as they have already sold their shares for a very good profit from 0.70 downwards to 0.20 and lower as for some of the shares costed them 0.10 obtained from the special restricted shares issues issued at 0.10.
If one decides to subscribe the RI, and supposedly get the warrants for free but now the cost is 0.03 assuming the mother share orice is 0.17. The big question will arise, how much will the warrants be priced when listed??
If one decided not to subscribe the RI, they will lose out again and the warrants as well that come with it. BUT the management side that have sold down the shares from 0.70 to about 0.20 and given the letter of undertaking to subscribe for the unsubscribed portion of the RI will be called upon to subscribe without having to hold any shares to be entitled for RI will get back all the shares plus free warrants and will be laughing to the bank. The real losers are the minority shareholders and bilis again. What to do???.

AWC should be doing well next few quarters as it has not factored in the new acquisitions contributions in the 1Q and will only do so in the 2Q and thereafter. On top of it, the renewal of the government concession with increased new rates will surely add higher contributions to its bottomline besides the new businesses like plumbing, rain water harvesting and hospital maintenance industries. Just sharing a sen worth of my opinion on AWC and the final decision is all yours to make..........kakaka

A small gain on T + 3 looks like a good sign. Hopefully on T + 4, the balance is also being well absorbed and also no force selling. Just need to wait till tomorrow for clearer indication and if also well absorbed , it will be plain flying up north.....kakaka

Looks like the present market price will not go higher than the Rights Issue price of 0.20 so as to discourage the Rights Issue holders to subscribe for it.
Then the issuers of the Letter of Undertaking to subscribe for the Unsubscribed portion of the Rights Issue will then have to be called upon to take up the Rights Issue shares and also the bonus free warrants even they might or might not have the existing XOX shares and/or might have sold them at a higher price during the run up of the share price to 0.70 earlier, for a hefty profit. The remain casualty or losers are all the minority shareholders.

KB, don't worry too much about your decision to take up AWC at that price. It is still a good buy as the actual worth is higher when all the future earnings are to be factored in.
Besides the existing earnings in its core business, the earnings from the new acquisitions in the plumbing business which has a profit guarantee for two years and now a bonus of the just announced contract , the rain watering harvesting business, the hospital maintenance contract have not been factored in.
In addition, the renewal of the existing government buildings maintenance contract with new rates has not been included as well. If all this are to be included, the earnings will surely much higher for the coming QR , to be announced before Feb 2016, just next month away.
Anyway, this counter has the potential to be under the radar of the fund managers if the coming QR is being released with good potentials of growth plus higher earnings. If dividend is to be declared, another greater bonus...........kakaka

As I have been commenting all along, AWC still has room to grow and should be kept for mid to long term. It is presently priced slightly above its NTA after the recent rises and is still quite undervalued. Furthermore, it is profitable all along and with a cash pile in its account. With its existing price at 0.45, it is being backed by about half in cash.

With the diversification into related industries, like recent acquisition of plumbing business, water harvesting, hospital maintenance besides its existing core business of maintenance of government buildings and the STREAM model, there are a lot of opportunities for growth.
