Now glove is also very important for military purposes and US and China is increase their inventory of glove in case there is chemical wars which may happens. Last year many US glove company overstocking their supply and currently they are using their oversupply stocks in 2021. However the level of overstocking will be clear by end of this year and they will need to do their ordering again. In order to purchase at lower price the ban on supermax, Top glove and later spread to other glove companies. However due to new variant which is more dangerous compare with previous variant, many countries in Europe and US will start to restocking the medical gloves.
Dont be misled by others which has no knowledge on glove to ask you to sell gloves shares and buy other industry shares.

The new variant of this virus has caused worldwide market to tumbles on Friday. If the new variant is a normal variant ,then it won't affect the world markets. The big fund managers have better informed information and they have take the immediate action to reduce their losses. Going forward it will be bear for all stocks and bull for glove shares.

Based on current QTR results,the company results are good. The last two QTR circumstances are different as the company are selling at extraordinary ASP. If compared with QTR prepandemic,the company has a loss based on turnover of RM 100m. In current QTR ,the company is profitable under normal operating conditions. In additions as the company is expanding with current cash surplus, the company will be able to make more profit.

Perhaps all employers who employed foreign workers need to house them in bungalows and everyday provide abalone to them to satisfy US criteria in labour issues.

if any of the glove company announce a good set of their quarterly results on Monday, i believe all glove counters will limit up.

Today until Sunday all glove investors will sleep well. Monday again need sleeping pills again.

Really cannot understand Malaysian investors. So many negative news and products are banned in US still the share price keep going up. UK also looking to ban. But share price UP so much today. When announce EPS 24 cents per Qtr , the share price goes down. Bad news go up.

China,Europe and America are going into winter. My advice to all glove investors are stop watching the movement of price of these glove counters that you have invested until Feb 2022. The 100000 shares you invested will turn you into millionaires. Otherwise you will miss the boat to be millionaires again.

Yesterday MM and others give Lelong kuat kuat and surprising no one interested. Now lelong habis only start buying. All the big funds shorting the shares in order to collect cheap from us and many falls into their trap of selling instead of buying more . Why WHO so busybody announce so fast. Wait till 65cents only announce . Spoilt all my plan to collect.

Supermax net short position increase to 1.1 % as at 24th November. Total short shares are 30,136,139.

The labour issues mainly due to those foreign labours holding the export company to ransom by declaring they are suppressed in order to get compensation from the company. My customer providing services also faced similar issues and my customer choose to terminate the contract with the Japanese customer and sent all the foreign labour allocated to the Japanese customer back. Then they appeal not to sent back . My customer send a clear signal to the foreign workers to tell the truth and not holding the company to ransom .

Other investors waiting for 65 cents. I am more happy to buy at below 1.70.

Short sellers also slowly exiting short selling as their cerita dongeng cannot con remainder glove investors. In additions glove investors keep the buying momentum as they short sell. Tomorrow unlikely any lelong sales.

Maybulk eps 11 cents this qyr and share price is 60 cents. Eksons EPS negative 7 cents and share price is 75 cents. Bp plastics EPS 5 cents and share price is 2.75.
This is Malaysian investors mentality in investing.

I am expecting TG to make RM 900m to RM 1 billion in the coming QTR. All glove companies in the normal operating environment without MCO restrictions should be making above EPS more than 10 cents. In an extraordinary environment due to surge in demand then EPS will surge to above 30 cents.

Why you take MM comments so serious.i read his comments like cerita dongeng. However I appreciate his comments to enable me to collect at lower price.

If you reviewed the EPS announced in November by the listed co, you hardly can see any EPS more than 10 cents per qtr. Sarawak plantation with EPS around 15 cents and share price is approximately RM 4. Genetec EPS 38cents but selling more than RM 45.00. United plantation EPS 38 cents also selling for RM 14.
Currently supermax EPS is 25 cents and share price is 1.73. the dropped in asp will not affect the big four glove manufacturer as the decrease in prices will be compensated by increase in volume. If the asp increase to USD 50 or USD 60, this will equivalent to production volume 22 billion gloves at asp of usd100 and usd120.
Many investors think the supply from China will cause a glut. As at todate can some one advise me the name of the china company has the same size the big 4 glove manufacturer in Malaysia. Currently many glove trading company still source their medical glove from Malaysia glove manufacturer. China glove manufacturer are only manufacturing low grade glove used for gardens, factory and households.
Investors should not misled by these facts.

Based on current scenario, there will be at least 20 cents dividend per annum. Assuming the price you invested per share is rm 2.00,there is 10% yield.
The most you will lose based on RM 2.00 per share 2.00.
However you chances of getting positive returns are unlimited. The share price may shoot up to RM 3,RM 4,rm 5 or RM 10 in the next one year.

As at to date,the company still made EPS 25 cents per quarter and not per annum.
Mr DIY only made less than 5 cents per qtr and selling above RM 3. How many more branches Mr DIY needs to open before they can make 20 cents per qtr.

Going forward all the glove company will gradually replaced all foreign workers with local workers after facing all the labour issues with US and Europe. In additions these glove companies will also automate all the production to reduce the dependence on labour and solve all the labour problems in future.
With all the high cash in hand, all the glove companies will not have problems to eradicate all the labour issues.
We will not see these labour problems in future.
This will also help our economy as less outflow of money overseas.

My personal opinion for those who bought at RM 5, RM 4, RM 3 should consider to average down based on current price. If GO do happens at RM 3.00, all investors buying at high price will lost in this investment. Unless you wants to wait the price to drop to RM 0.65 which may happens if the MM group works harder. Today RM 1.70 also didnt materialised.
Maybe tomorrow may happen.

If i am ST i will privatise the company by making GO at RM 3.00 . He only need RM 5B based on 60% shareholding not belongs to him and within 5 years the most he will make all his money back.

You are right. based on reliable sources, all the shorties has " cirit birit " today and unable to operate after the shares continue to go up despite so many negative news.
After recovering they will commence their operations again tomorrow morning.
Tomorrow all glove investors better standby to collect below 1.80.

Tomorrow if it is red and below 1.75, buy more if you can afford. If green then wait until it reach your target price before selling. If you sell tomorrow and it shoot up the day after tomorrow,then very likely you won't have the opportunity to get what you have sold. Some glove investors have provide valuable info that this shares are selling close to nta . The current price was mainly due to certain big fund short the shares and many investors are frightened and disposed their shares and thus benefit the fund manager and also the long term glove investors. The glove company will continue to make good profits every quarters compare with other industry although the profit trend may decrease temporary for one or two quarters.
Look at china now. Everywhere had partial lockdown and massive testing are being carried out. The production in China may not be sufficient for their own consumption.
Don't be misled by oversupply in glove in the whole market due to production in China.
If you have adequate knowledge on glove,US and Europe don't buy glove from new manufacturers. New manufacturers only sell to third world country.
All the standards and inspection procedures are developed by Malaysia and adopted by us and Europe.
Nitrile glove meeting the standards require high technology and not as easy as making Nasi lemak.
I agree that glove are manufacture everywhere but not many countries are able to produce glove that meet the world standards. Example is medical glove in blue colour is the most difficult to produce and rejection rate is high even by Malaysia manufacturers.

Another good news for glove haters. Canada imposed ban on supermax gloves following us ban. Lucky the Europe demand increase as evidence by Holland lockdown.
Maybe this is last chance for glove investors to collect below 1.80 next week. I really envy Tonefa manage to collect few lorries at 1.72 to 1.75.

Inari Eps 3 cents selling at rm4. Carlsberg EPS 9 cents selling at RM 22. Supermax EPS 25 cents (estimated selling at 1.85.

Glovers will not have nightmare. Will only feel disappointed if cannot collect at 1.70.

Don't falls into shorties trap. They push up and dump. Previously they push up to 1.74 and dump two days to suppress the price to below 1.80. Hope Monday they do the same again so that investors can enter at good price. Hope the shorties don't disappoint me on Monday or Tuesday. I already exit my dnex waiting to collect supermax.

Shares price up with increase volume are good signs.

Today only traded 4 million shares. The group of shorties are now scratching their head where to find seller to sell them the shares. If you monitor the last hour of trading, most of the transacted lot is 1 lot and 2 lot. The shorties are buying and selling themselves to lure sellers.
