Riverstone plants are in Rawang and Taiping . Both in Selangor and perak.supermax plant is similar with riverstone. If using riverstone as a guide,supermax profit before tax should be approximately 450m to 600m.

All gloves investors know very well that the price drop today due to the shorty group buying and selling themselves . No glove investors are selling. Eventually they need to buy back to cover their position.

The Doctor Zhong Nan Dan has advocates massive testing in the coming winter in order to totally detect and eradicate the COVID cases in the coming winter.
Due to this glove production in China only for china consumption from October production onwards.

Next week after breaking RM 2 ,anyone wants to buy at RM 1.80 can contact MM and others to buy the call option. Since they are expecting the share price to drop to 65 cents and will be very happy to sell us the call option at 1.80

When US imposed ban on Top glove in May, the inventory level by the hospital and traders in US is high due to overstocking . After so many months, the stocks already been used up and the hospital and Glove traders in US are ordering again. With the US ban on supermax glove there will be a shortage of supply in Us in the coming months especially new wave of covid is coming in US and Europe. This will cause the ASP to increase again. Supermax which has enough cash in hand will be able to produce the glove and hold it as inventory until the ban is uplifted. Then All the gloves produced will be selling at higher ASP. Supermax will have a good quarter ending December and March.

I am very happy to buy more shares at 1.80. Anything below that is extra bonus for me. My investment horizon is 2 years and i can afford to wait while collecting the good dividend every quarter.

The company 2 qr also make more than RM 0.50. As at July Qtr the EPS is 63 cents. 2 more Qtr to go.

I dont like to comment on the share price but the above data is good enough for you to make a investment decision whether you have the opportunity to buy at 50 cents.

Wednesday closing was good. China currently experiencing new wave of Covid. Read Bloomberg for more news. Glove demand will be increasing going forward and the ASP will also increase gradually starting from now. Just imagine every USD 1 how much is the profit for glove companies in malaysia.

I dont think Berkshire hathaway bought the shares at PE 170. They may have bought in when the PE is low and with the current surge in share price, the PE has gone up to 170.

We can collect good stock with good dividend yield and capital appreciation. The lower the price the higher is our dividend yield. Glove shares are not for traders anymore and more for medium to long term investor.he
We wait for the big funds to come in to buy from us after collecting our dividends till next June.
As Supermax is cash rich now, i am expecting a dividend of 10 sen per shares for each quarters.

@munfatt2000. The volume keep decreasing and is a good sign that less glove investors are selling. probably only the Shorties are selling and investors are buying. Very soon there is no seller and i really want to see what price is the shorties offering to buy from us. Pity those investors that has sold earlier.

Maybe all the major shareholders of glove company should listen to the analyst to sell their existing shareholding and buy back more at lower price. I wish tomorrow have more discount .

Hope all glove investors will continue to hold and average down when the price is dropping. When the shortie has no more shares to short, then the downtrend will reverse.

You need to ask yourself why TG only made 600 M this quarter compared with previous quarter of 2 billion. TG director has explained very clearly that this quarter the results are badly affected by the EMCO and the lockdown. 10 days stop production in june and only 60% production capacity in July an August. In additions the sales to US also affected due to the banned by US.
Going forward is this unfavourable events still applicable?

If the future directions is bleak, the closing price will not be 3.06 on friday. It should be RM 1.50 as the profit decrease by 70% compare with previous quarter. I believe some funds are collecting at 3.00 due to panic selling by retailer.

We shall be happy if we are long term investors in glove as we see the bright prospect of glove in medium and long term compare with other industry and we have the shortie to press down the price for us to buy more.
Certain people post the selling price from Alibaba and other website from china. Based on my info, the nitrile glove selling in alibaba do not meet the US or the Europe market and the quality is not the same grade as Malaysian Top glove factory is selling.
My friend a glove trader in US despite his connections in China ONLY buy glove from the Top four glove factory in Malaysia for his US customers.

I have a friend from US and he is sourcing glove for his clients in US. This is the information i obtained from him.
1. Currently they are buying at USD 45 per 1000. Pre pandemic the price is about USD 20-25 per 1000. In additions he said the price will stay around USD 40-45 for nitrile glove as the cost of manufacturing has increased compare with prepandemic.
2. Their customer will usually give six months order in advance after agree on the price when placing the order due to the manufacturing schedule of the glove manufacturer.
3. I did ask him why he didnt buy from china as the cost is lower. He explained to me that Malaysia is producing the best nitrile glove in the world and it is not easy to manufacture a competitive high quality glove accepted by US and Europe. The workers needs years of experience in the inspection skills to select the glove that pass the QC tests after manufacturing. Last month their company has rejected two containers from small manufacturer in malaysia due to quality issue.
This explanation to certain extent alleviate the fear of competition from china and i believe most glove manufacturer are producing for china market.

Currently based on my observations, the big four glove players will depress the ASP to a level to discourage new players from entering this industry. On the other hand with the cash in hand , they will keep on building new plant to increase the volume of production to compensate for the reduce in ASP. Going forward the ASP in not a dertermine factor. The volume of production and cost of production will determine the profitability of the Glove player.
In china the cost of production is higher as electricity cost is high compare with malaysia. In additions most Glove producer is going for solar electricity which is free in the long run. The government also give good reinvestment capital for installation of solar energy and production with green energy will make malaysia glove producer a preferred supplier in Europe country.
In China the solar energy is not as efficient compare with Malaysia because they have 4 seasons.
I believe profit will be affected 10%-20% in two quarters and will be back to the existing reported profit of RM 1 billion per quarter after all the new plant is in full swing.

Just my two cents for investors holding for more than 12 months

I am thankful to the shorties for borrowing shares from the fund and sell them in order to help me to buy at lower price. Hope You can borrow more and sell more until the price reach RM 0.65.
Please dont stop what you are doing.

Share price goes up and down. Currently if your neighbour staying beside you selling their house lower than 20% of the market price. Will you follow them to sell your house knowing very well this is not the price it should be selling?
Just sharing my opinion with you.

For me as an investor, i dont like company paying high dividend. We invest in the Company because we are in the opinion that they can better invest our money. if they paid dividend and not for the growth of the Company , then i will cash out. Instead they should issue bonus shares to the investors and keep the money for expansion and new business development. The shareholders that receive the bonus shares can cash out to new investor if they think they have better investment opportunity or for other purposes.

Glove will be widely use after the covid pandemic due to hygiene requirement. When tissue paper is first introduced, may people are sceptical of its survival and today you can see tissue paper box in every house and office. Going forward you will also see glove box in every office and house and this will substantially increase the demand.
When this happen the production in china is only sufficient for their own population. Imagine if every citizen of china use one glove per day, you need at least 365 billion of glove annually.

@ToneefaYup kbtsy168, these are the same ppl that will deny there is any manipulation by shorties and sharks, where it is stark clear what is the reality. There's is no denying without these huge RSS, the glove prices would be be able to reach this PE<2 level.

I wish they continue doing what they are doing and the price go lower so that i can collect more at cheaper price. I cant find any good shares at the moment to collect for good dividend and long term growth other than glove stocks.

My Uncle who is a remiseir has a client invested RM 200,000 in Supermax before the covid 19 pandemic and realised at RM 20 per share. All supermax shareholders will realise the capital growth in three years time while collecting the good dividend.

The Company has made billions in last few quarters and reinvest the billions made in the expansion. If the business is not profitable and has no growth, is the Board of directors so silly to plough back the profit in the expansion of the production.

Glove investors must have faith in the industry growth and fundamental. Let other investor dump and we collect and wait for it to grow. Whether the pandemic will end is anybody guess and as at end of December, supermax will have RM 4 -RM 5 billion in their bank account. Most likely they will be another bonus issue for supermax in June or September . I have checked with one of my friend who buy glove from Top glove and he told me the ASP is still very strong and they need to pay current price when placing order and delivery price is subject to the price when they deliver the goods.

Shares dont go up everyday and dont go down forever. A company that can make a profit of RM 1 billion every quarter is only the glove counter. Other than MBB and PBB not many company can make RM 1 billion per quarter. If you believe in good fundamental company dont complain when the price go down. Just continue buying and you will make the handsome gain when Big fund is coming in. Dont expect to make money from retailer. Retailer have no money for you ta make. When Buying Glove company, our target is the fund manager buying from us.
