Even presbhd right issue is better than Jaks.
Presbhd right issue is rm0.20 but it's shares market price is RM.495 is considered reasonable but Jaks right issue price is RM.225 and at the time it's shares market price is too.945. Does it mean that Jaks is even worse than presbhd? My dearest investors you yourself think twice.

The company got no way to borrow money from finance institutions so he turns to lure investors to subscribe right issue at lowest price. Otherwise as a good company will suspend the right issue when market falls even the time was fixed at earlier time when market is not too bad. They will never sells shares at lower than 50% market price when market falls to such a situation.

A good company always does like that; the right issue price is usually the 5 days average price less 30%. For example if 5 days average price is 0.945 the price of right issue is 0.665. Who want to sell share price at such a low price. It is because CEO wants to lure investors to buy the shares to quickly fill up the dry up of cash flow. Isn't it my dear fellow small investors?

Dear fellow investors don't buy this stock or you will suffer great loss. I have around 30 years experience in stock market. I came across 1997-1998 fatal Asia financial crisis and even can survive till now needless to say other minor market crisis. I know very well poor company with poor and incapable, inability CEO and his management team when propose right issue the shares price will drop tremendously especially when date is fixed. You can refer to sapnrg , velesto with 30sen right issue and Bstead with RM 2.5 issue price. You see how are are now? Lamentable is the most suitable word used to describe their situation. Isn't it???

Jaks fair price will be RM1.80 to RM2.25 base on PE15x to PE20x. If you don't believe you will be regretted. Time will prove. I won't write anymore because most of them are stupid or idiot.

PE for power plant should be around 12 to 15x. Please refer to Malakoff.

I am very foolish. I only know EPs and its prospect is very important. For example Bjtoto it's NTA is only RM 0.59 and its EPS was RM 0.17 And dividend was RM 0.16 .What does this mean? Does it mean that it only Worths no more than RM0.59? Definitely not.
About cash flow. Always bear in mind that only making profit has cash flow. Others than this needless to tell me it how much its NTA Worths without making any profit. Some company NTA is high but it doesn't make any profit does it worth to buy? For me the answer is very simple" definitely not". Is it simply.

Jaks, if as what the management says will get 100 million net profit when Vietnam power plant is in operation. If it is so EPS is around RM0.15 . If PE is 10x , the price is RM 1.50. If PE is 12x the price is RM 1.80. If PE is 15x the price is RM.25. Base on power plant is very stable and sustained earning with only a very minimum risky I hold the fair price of Jaks should be RM1.8-RM2.25 with PE12x-15x.
