Year 2014 and 2015 is year of property stocks. GST will push property to higher prices. Coming generation will face difficulty in buying houses. I wanted to buy also property to invest, but not enough money. Penang and KL strategic area propety all in millions. What to do ? So can only afford to buy "property stock" especially which really lag behind compare to its RNAV like Malton and GOB.

Yes, don't be scared. This stock's fundamental is very strong. Its' rising patern is like Uzma. Look at Uzma now from RM1++ to RM6++, up and down is normal in stock market. Uzma can make it , don't be suprise Protasco and reach such level in future because the boss is quite generous in paying high dividend every year !

True story : A invest 20 lots of Cresendo in 2009 with capital about RM20000. B invest RM100,000 using the stategy buy sell buy sell in the market( very busy and exciting). Now A's Cresendo worth RM2.88x20=RM57,600 (unrealised profit) whereas B capital reduced to about RM80,000(loss RM20,000).
A is a standard old uncle with patience character ( zero knowledge in computer and online trading , no handphone)
B is a very smart master holder, with knowledge in online trading etc...
I would like to share this true story to all brothers and sisters here so that everybody can benefit from this true story. Think deeply before we make decision, don't make stock market as a casino...Once decision is made, no point to shout ayo, ayah, aiseh, alamak, this persons can't help us.^-^

Conclusion : Don't aim for few cents profit, in out in out not only waste energy and time but also can't earn big money. Patience(EQ) and Knowledge(IQ) both are important in investing in stock market. Malton 3 big projects worth RM7.9 billion can support the earnings for FY14 onwards. The project is located at strategic location : Bukit Jalil, Batu Kawan, Pengerang. Other projects is at Pantai Dalam, Seri Kembangan etc. Moreover the revised net asset value (RNAV) is to be taken as a catalyst.

FY13 company's net profit is RM19.2mil, but for FY14, the estimated recuring net profit will grow to RM61mil, that's why analyst give the target price so high (RM1.80).If profit jumps from current RM19.2mil(FY 13) to RM61mil (FY14) . The price RM 0.80 X 2=RM1.60 is still considered quite reasonable.
