（吉隆坡14日讯）GFM服务（GFM，0039，创业板科技组）建议中的收购计划和可能升级到主要交易板，有望令该股浮现购兴，乐天交易建议买进该股。

乐天交易指出，GFM服务是通过倒置收购AsiaEP资源有限公司而在创业板上市。GFM服务是一家拥有超过年良好纪录的综合设施管理服务公司，它承包主要是教育领域和PPP项目的各种资产管理业务，自2010年以来就专门为4所玛拉工艺大学校（UiTM）园提供咨询和设施管理服务。

GFM服务最近建议以1亿3000万令吉收购持有砂拉越州木胶UiTM的设施管理特许经营权直到2035年的KP木胶私人有限公司，收购价相等于本益比的7.3倍。这将使到它的收益增加超逾一倍。纳入木胶UiTM将使GFM成为一家有利可图18年的特许经营公司，该交易预料可在2018年第三季完成。

在目前，GFM旗下26个进行中项目的订单总值达2亿6200万令吉，预料可在未来3至5年带来盈利可见度和经常性收入。

乐天指出，GFM的净赚幅为15%，比其他同业高，加上拨出40%净盈利供派发股息的政策，其周息率达4%。该公司预料可在2018财政年取得双位数的收益增长率，并于2019财政年取得3000万令吉的净盈利，这意味着本益比为7.8倍。

该行给予买进评级，目标价60仙，这是根据13倍本益比估值。

KUALA LUMPUR (Feb 15): Industrial engineering and marine product supplier Pansar Bhd was slapped with an unusual market activity (UMA) query by Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd, after its share price hit a 15-year high of 79 sen today.

The counter hit an intra-day high of 80 sen before closing at 79 sen for a three sen or 3.95% gain. Volume in today’s half-day trading session was 5.12 million shares, more than its 200-day average volume of 349,761.

At today’s closing price, Pansar’s market capitalisation was RM243.32 million.

Pansar’s share price has risen by 88.31% in a year.

Bursa Malaysia questioned Pansar as to whether there is any corporate development relating to the group’s business and affairs, including those in the stage of negotiation and discussion.

Pansar was also queried on any rumour or report concerning its business, or whether it is aware of any other possible explanation to account for the trading activity.

The stock, which has been charting an unptrend since Feb 6, rose as high as RM36.33 on Dec 31, 1996.

Stock that must have in portfolio should be Huaan. Some say this stock already high and high risk to enter. Then normally in bursa malaysia, the more you scared the more price will be up then you become more scared. Some say this stock rally from 4.12.17 RM 0.230 to 29.12.17 RM 0.390 because of coke price up and others good news, but for me one factor that this stock must buy because of their upcoming quarter report.





Share price not make new high because of no reason. I believe traders / invester accumulate and buy this stock for upcoming quarter report that will show a huge net profit compare to last year.

If you look at the malaysiastock.biz, last qr out at 27 Feb. 2017. Some will think 2018 also must out by Febuary 2018. But take a look before that qr, out by 28 Nov. 2016, but 2017 it out in October. So base my calculation, new financial qr 31 Dec 2017 should be out in this month (January). My expectation revenue for upcoming quarting should be around 320,000 and net profit around 43,000 eps 4-6. This just prediction only. Make decision yourself.




With election mood and dow jones make new high almost everyday, my target price for this stock at RM 0.620 (in January), but if qr out on Febuary, target increase to RM 0.820. Happe trading and make own decision.

联峰推新癌基因检测服务

（吉隆坡22日讯）联峰（UCREST，0005，创业板科技组）与俄罗斯政府医院合作，为当地20家医院建设医疗云端系统以及与美国伙伴合作推出癌症基因检查治疗服务。

该公司大股东兼执行主席吴家义控制的另一家公司，佳易科技（KEYASIC,0143,主板科技组）同样也受到市场追捧，全天上涨4.5仙或22.50%至24.5仙。

美业务料贡献10%

吴家义在股东特大后表示，未来将与美国Pathway Genomics的合作，为东盟、中国、俄罗斯和台湾等地客户提供基因测试，找出潜伏在身体癌症细胞，以进行前期治疗，预测该项业务未来将贡献10%营业额。

早前吴家义接受外国媒体访问，有关媒体指出联峰营业额未来将飙升10倍。后来，联峰在上周五发文告澄清，他们没有提出具体数额，仅提供了历史数据供记者参考，且尚未与当地医院签署合约，只是和两位当地商业伙伴签署了合作协议。

获新合约前景有信心

询及吴家义是否有信心维持继续目前获利表现，吴家义表示，“公司在去年共获颁了4000万令吉合约，余下2000万令吉合约尚未履行，且未来也会按周获得新合约，对公司获利前景有信心。”

吴家义也表示，根据大马交易所条例，当一家公司获得占10%营业额新合约时，就必须向大众公布。公司（季度）营业额约企于300至400万令吉，因此一些小于30或40万令吉合约，我就不会宣布。

联峰是2017年大马创业板股价表现最佳小资本股，询及是什么因素支持该公司表现，吴家义说：“很简单，因为有人开始买，然后有人跟进。公司开始有正面表现，除了推出了新产品外，营业额和获利也获得改善，原因就是那么简单。”

(询及联峰在未来是否会派发股息，他表示，不会，该公司原则是将赚到的钱进行投资，然后在股价上回馈股东，就和矽股科技公司做法一致。) (Asked if Lianfeng would pay a dividend in the future, he said, no, the company's principle is to invest in the money it makes and then give back to shareholders on its share price, in line with the practices of silicon technology companies.)

私配20%股权
筹“虚拟医院”资金

该公司在股东特大上通过了私下配售最多20%股权以及股东认股计划（ESOS），筹集资金将作为扩展该公司“虚拟医院”业务的营运资本。

吴家义也表示，公司暂时还没有确认私下配售对象，但根据最多筹集4000多万令吉金额来看，主要是针对机构投资者以及策略性伙伴，出现个人投资者可能性不高。

第二季转亏为盈

联丰在盘后公布业绩，该公司截至2017年11月30日止第二季净利成功转亏为盈，取得359万4000令吉净利，首6个月净利也录得662万令吉。

该公司第二季营业额更是取得大跃进，暴涨183.24倍至1123万9000令吉，首半年业绩也猛涨66.40倍至1907万5000令吉。

HuaAn is a producer of metallurgical coke.

It has been listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia for more than 10 years.

Its business is production and sale of metallurgical coke ("Coke"). Coke contributes 79% to the revenue (21% from other by products).

HUAAN business is supported by its 1.8 million tones per annum production plant in Linyi City, Shandong Province, China.

What is Coke? The producer buys coal and process it into COKE. The demand for COKE is from the steel industry as it is an important input in the steelmaking process. The process is called blast furnace.

Financial Highlight

For 3QFY17 ended Sept 2017, it posted a net profit of RM34.147 mil vs. RM10.2m loss last year. EPS is at 3.04sen (vs. negative 0.91 sen in 3QFY16). Reason for the earnings surge is mainly due to better average coke price of RMB2,043 per tonne in 3QFY17 and higher sales volume of 210,000 tonnes.

As at Sept 2017 its cash and short term investment stood at RM22.13 million, total debt stood at RM25.36 million.


In 9M17, HUAAN already make 4.91 sen of EPS. Lets assume a full year FY17 EPS of 6.00 sen (A small 1.09 sen for 4Q17 which should be achievable).

What about FY18? Most conservative scenario = 6.11 sen (assuming only 2% earnings growth in FY18). Bullish scenario = 6.90 sen (assuming 15% earnings growth).

The Company is worth at least 6.75x PE. The 6.75x PE is at 25% discount against ANNJOO and MASTEEL (both trading at historical PE of 9x till 23 Jan 2018/).

Most conservative scenario = 6.25x PE * 6.11 sen = 38 sen

Bullish scenario = 6.25x PE * 6.90 sen = 43 sen.
