次季淨利激增1.3倍 HSS工程窄幅走高

（吉隆坡16日訊）在子公司收入增長扶持下，HSS工程（HSSEB，0185，主要板貿服）2018財年次季淨利從297萬令吉，按年暴漲132%至690萬令吉，亮眼業績推升股價。



HSS工程先揚3.5仙，以97仙迎市；休市報96仙，起2.5仙，半日共530萬3600股易手。閉市時，該股收升1仙，掛94.5仙，成交量700萬2500股。

HSS工程向馬證交所報備，業績大漲主要歸功于HSS工程私人有限公司和SMHB工程私人有限公司的亮眼表現，其中今年剛收購的SMHB工程貢獻了330萬令吉；該公司同季營業額按年增45%，報5507萬令吉。

HSS工程首半年營業額按年增34%，達8909萬令吉；累積淨賺778萬令吉，成長27%。

（吉隆坡15日讯）成功食品（Berjaya Food Bhd）将与World Iconic Brands (WIB) Hospitality Private Ltd合作，在印度开设至少30间Kenny Rogers Roasters（KRR）分店和75个Jollibean售货亭。

WIB董事经理Gaurav Marya在了解备忘录签约仪式上表示，预计在印度的总投资为5000万美元（2亿492万令吉）。

两造今日签署了解备忘录，以便在未来5年内为印度品牌的商业扩张建立合作和投资框架。

根据了解备忘录的条款，WIB是负责Jollibean和KRR品牌商业发展的开发机构。

除了大马星巴克（Starbucks Malaysia）之外，KRR和新加坡的Jollibean都是成功食品旗下的品牌。

目前，KRR在印度Chandigarh市只有一家餐厅。该品牌遍布其他7个国家，即马来西亚、新加坡、印尼、泰国、菲律宾、孟加拉和迪拜。

Marya希望这次的合作关系能够取得成果，在2019年初成立新店。

婆罗水殖挖金成功 开始生产粗金锭

婆罗水殖（BAHVEST 0098）於沙巴斗湖的金矿已挖出黄金，并开始生产金银合金锭。

金银合金锭是金矿生产的粗金锭，之後将送交至炼金厂作进一步分解提炼，提出纯金及白银，每个金银合金锭重25公斤。

婆罗水殖今日向大马股票交易所报备指出，成功采出黄金後，该金矿将开始炼金。

婆罗水殖是在二零一三年六月时进军采金业，该公司获得沙巴州政府准证，在斗湖一段二百英亩土地开采黄金。

婆罗水殖股价在采到金矿消息之後涨了5仙，报RM1.35，该公司股价由今年初的70仙以下水平，一路上涨至目前的水平。

婆罗水殖截至今年三月卅一日第四季业绩出现盈利暴涨，净利按年增长214%至6799万令吉，其市值为8亿2200万令吉。


粗金錠還需進一步提煉，以提出純金和其它金屬。

Sino Hua-An’s 2Q net profit falls 88% on lower average selling prices

KUALA LUMPUR (July 27): Sino Hua-An International Bhd’s net profit for the second quarter ended June 30, 2018 (2QFY18) dipped 88% to RM2.53 million from RM21.99 million a year ago due to lower average selling prices of metallurgical coke as well as relatively lower sales volume.

Earnings per share fell to 0.23 sen from 1.96 sen per share in 2QFY17.

Revenue fell 7% to RM240.33 million from RM259.02 million a year ago.

In a filing today, it said the average selling price of metallurgical coke had declined by approximately 7% to RMB1,836 during the current quarter from RMB1,968 in the preceding year’s corresponding quarter. The sales volume was also lower by approximately 5% in the second quarter of 2018 compared with previous year corresponding quarter.

“However, the overall contribution from the by-products has increased by approximately 30% during the current quarter compared to that of the preceding quarter. This was primarily attributed to the increase in the prices of ammonium sulphate, tar oil and coal gas of 19%, 24% and 34%, respectively.

“However, such surge in the contribution from the by-products in itself was insufficient to negate the effects of the decline in the selling price and sales volume of the main product i.e. metallurgical coke,” it said.

This brought Sino Hua-An’s first half net profit to RM8.09 million, dropping 61% from RM20.97 million the previous year, although revenue increased 46% to RM505.86 million from RM345.72 million a year ago.

Moving forward, the group said it remains cautiously optimistic of the coke industry and will continue to be vigilant to relevant consequential circumstances that may have perceivable effects on the metallurgical coke business.

Sino’s shares closed down one sen or 2.7% on Friday to 36 sen, with 35.01 million shares traded, giving it a market capitalisation of RM404.03 million.

卫生部拨款增‧医保前景稳健

（吉隆坡3日讯）希盟政府承诺提供更廉宜的医疗保健服务及增加卫生部的拨款，同时检讨药物特许经营权，分析员认为医疗保健公司有望受惠，行业前景依然稳健，至于拥有政府药品特许权的发马（PHARMA,7081,主板贸服组）则面对风险。

希盟政府承诺，将增加卫生部的拨款，由目前占国内生产总值比重2%提高至4%。

丰隆研究正面看待此事，预计市场对于药品需求将增加，因为政府将是最大的采购者。

大华继显研究依据希盟政府的竞选宣言，探讨医疗保健领域的赢家和输家，潜在获益的有利直南控股（DKSH,5908,主板贸服组）、马化学药业（CCMDBIO,7148,主板消费品组）和艾柏士保健（AHEALTH,7090,主板消费品组）；柔佛医药保健（KPJ,5878,主板贸服组）和IHH医保（IHH,5225,主板贸服组）前景综合，最大受害者为发马（PHARMA,7081,主板贸服组）。

实施销售税影响正面

大华继显认为，实施销售税（SST）对医疗保健领域影响正面，因业者不需再自行吸纳药品的6%消费税，最大赢家为柔佛医药保健和IHH医保，因公司可以从低成本和消耗品费用中扩张盈利赚幅。

丰隆指出，在实施消费税时，已有部份药物豁免消费税，惟医院服务则征收6%消费税。制药方面，25%纳入国家基本药物名单（NationalEssential Medicines List）的药品为零消费税。

该行补充，在实施消费税时，医院和制药业者已自行吸纳消费税，且没有上调价格。因此，预计在实施销售税后，药物价格保持不变将是合理的举动，料对赚幅将是正面的事情。

丰隆指出，发马为政府医院和诊所分销药品的特许经营权协议料保持不变至2019年11月届满为止。

不过，丰隆认为，发马的特许经营权条款和架构潜在出现变化的风险，因新政府承诺将检讨所以的合约及鼓励进行更多的公开竞标。

无论如何，丰隆预计发马2018年将因较低的成本和马币兑美元强势，录得更好的表现。

丰隆指出，政府承诺在全马进行的“健康关怀”（peduli sihat）计划以最低40%家庭收入群（B40）为目标，预计诊所通用药需求将增加，因为门诊病患将由政府医院转移至参与该计划的诊所和医院就诊。

检讨特许经营权
不利发马 利直南受惠

丰隆认为，对发马而言，这是负面影响，因其在私人领域的渗透率微乎其微。

大华继显指出，一旦发马的特许经营权作废，相信医院营运商包括柔佛医药保健和IHH医保的医药成本将降低。

该行也认为，利直南控股是潜在受惠者，因目前该公司是其中一家制药跨国公司的首选分销商，预计较低的费用、具有强大的能力和丰富的经验将能让该公司轻易的适应。

大华继显指出，政府潜在投入更多的预算增建医院，以提供可负担的医疗保健服务。对于柔佛医药保健和IHH医保是负面影响，因潜在增加竞争者。

该行假设政府医院价格廉宜和排队情况获得改善，病患预计将会选择在政府医院看诊。

大华继显指出，潜在的受惠者是马化学药业和艾柏士保健，因在更多政府医院开设的情况下，对于药物的需求将增加。

丰隆认为，今年下半年私人医院前景料维持稳健，预计营业额将由新医院带来更多住院病人和门诊病人及原有医院的内部增长所推动。

短期缺乏重估催化剂

大华继显则认为，医疗保健领域短期内缺乏正面的重估催化剂。

整体而言，丰隆维持医疗保健领域“中和”评级。
