（吉隆坡11日讯）沙布拉能源（SAPNRG，5218 ，主板贸服股）于砂拉越的SK408气田，发现高品质天然气储层，这是该公司在当地发现的第9个天然气田。

沙布拉能源向交易所报备，独资子公司砂拉越沙布拉勘探与生产私人有限公司，和国油勘探私人有限公司及砂拉越蚬壳，在砂拉越岸外的SK408气田的Pepulut-1勘探井，发现高品质天然气储层。

根据文告，这是在砂拉越岸外发现的第9个天然气田，惟没有透露气田蕴含量等详情。

沙布拉能源总裁兼集团总执行长丹斯里沙里尔三苏丁，对勘探进展感到乐观，为了提高勘探及生产业务盈利能力，该公司将持续开发SK408气田，同时提升勘探生产（E&P）投资组合。

沙布拉能源在今年4月宣布，上述三家合作企业获得国家石油批准，联手发展SK408气田生产共享合约的首阶段项目，开发Gorek、Larak和Bakong的气田。

SK408气田是沙布拉勘探和生产在2014年发现，并成为公司在东马第2项上游发展项目。

当中，沙布拉勘探与生产将负责发展和经营Larak和Bakong气田，而砂拉越蚬壳公司负责Gorek气田。

（布城7日讯）登嘉楼州务大臣阿末三苏里透露，首相敦马哈迪承诺直降将石油稅交给产油州政府。

他说，首相原则上同意将石油稅支付给产油州政府，包括东马两州，只是没有阐明数额。

不过，他相信，至少会比现有5％来得高。


马哈迪今天在财政部主持2018年国家财政理事会会议，出席者副首相拿督斯里旺阿兹莎、财政部长林冠英、政府首席秘书丹斯里阿里韩沙、各州州务大臣、首席部长及州政府秘书。

不过，他没有召开记者会。

询及州政府会否给予国阵议员拨款时，他表示将稍后决定。

開市焦點:人行突降準 港股望彈四百點

港股連跌四日累挫逾800點，不過昨晚人行突然宣布降準，刺激夜期及港股預託證券(ADR)抽升，恒指今早或反彈逾四百點。

隔晚美股三大指數延續上日強勢，科技及醫療巨企業績報喜，市場憧憬首季盈利表現理想，道指曾漲285點，收市升213點或0.87%，報24786點，是3月16日以來最高，今年初至今累計重新錄得升幅。標指升1.07% 報2706點，重返2700點水平；納指大幅跑贏，收市抽高1.74%。網上串流視像供應商Netflix季度業績理想，訂戶人數增長超預期，收市急飆9.19%，升幅為標指成分股中最大，並帶動科技板塊領漲。

消息指，美國禁止中興通訊(00763)向美國企業購買敏感技術後，中興可能因此失去安卓(Android)操作系統的許可，令公司在美國的銷售再添阻力。

正當中美貿易戰烏雲密布之際，中國人民銀行昨日傍晚突然宣布降低存款準備金率1個百分點，釋放1.3萬億元(人民幣.下同)流動性，但當中9000億元流動性必須用作償還中期借貸便利(MLF)之用，實際只有4000億元流入市場。分析認為是次人行動作旨在打救近日走弱的A股以及提振經濟。上證指數昨跌43點至3066點，再下試3000點大關。

在美國買賣的主要港股預託證券(ADR)價格，較本港上日收市價比較，造價普遍上升。滙控(00005)ADR折合港元計收報76.68元，較本港上日收市升1.23元；騰訊(00700)ADR收報406.55元，升9.35元；國壽(02628)ADR收報21.85元，升0.25元。「三桶油」方面，中海油(00883)ADR收報12.63元，升0.15元；中石油(00857)ADR收報5.59元，升7仙；中石化(00386)ADR收報7.46元，升0.1元。至於電訊股, 中移動(00941)ADR收報73.21元，升0.61元；聯通(00762)ADR收報10.22元，升0.12元。

ADR港股比例指數報30525，較周二恒指收市升461點或1.5%。恒指昨日尾段最多跌302點，低見30012點，收報30062點，跌252點或0.8%，連跌4日累挫834點或2.7%。下跌股份比例為69%，上升股比例為31%。昨日滬深港通南下均錄淨流出，為今年2月27日以來首次，其中滬市「港股通」連續第四日呈資金淨流出。恒指短期支持參考4月4日低位29518，阻力位參考100天線約30600點

港滙持續疲弱，再次觸及7.85弱方兌換保證水平，金管局昨晚再入市，買入62億港元。自上星期四以來，已經八次入市，合共承接285.99億之港元沽盤，本港星期四銀行體系結餘將減少至1512.53億港元。

焦點板塊

科技股：中興事件拖累手機設備股舜宇(02382)及瑞聲(02018)昨日顯著受壓。另外，內地將對50款網絡遊戲產品進行集中排查清理，當中有11款為騰訊旗下，消息一出，騰訊股價昨再度跌穿400元大關，低見395元，收報397.2元，跌1.4%。留意今日相關股份表現。

焦點股份

以新加坡為基地的醫療保健行業承建商--HKE Holdings(01726)今日掛牌，暗盤價造好。據輝立及耀才資料，暗盤收報0.7元，較招股價0.55元，高出兩成七。

中國生物製藥(01177)：建議發行紅股，每持兩股可獲發一股，以肯定股東對公司的長期支持。

361度(01361)：宣布，旗下童裝2018年第四季訂貨會達高單位數按年增長。

中煤能源(01898)：公布今年首季商品煤銷量累計3594萬噸，按年增28.96%。

Oil prices are rising again.

JPMorgan expects international oil prices to soar to $80 a barrel as the war in Syria rises and the summer demand season approaches, and is bullish on assets such as petroleum-related stocks, currencies and corporate bonds.London's Brent oil price is currently hovering around $73 a barrel.If the United States and Europe reimpose sanctions on Iran and the powers expand the scope of the Syrian civil war, Brent could hit $80 a barrel, along with U.S. tax cuts, which, along with U.S. tax cuts, provide buying opportunities for petroleum-related assets, the team said."the risks we envisage could be realized in June and August this year," he said. "based on the events in Syria, European and American sanctions against Iran could accelerate the emergence."The Trump administration will decide on May 12 whether to withdraw from the international nuclear agreement, which could be the starting point for the oil market to start coming under low-density pressure, depending on whether the European Union and Asia buy Iranian crude.The result could be higher oil prices and wider volatility.Other oil price gains include cuts by oil nations that could "reach a mandate" in May to eliminate overstocking in international oil markets, and could also continue to cut production.At the same time, the oil industry's annual repair work is coming to an end, and the summer gasoline consumption season is approaching, which will lead to increased demand for crude oil.Last week, the international oil market more than a single part of the record high.Xiaomo believes it could take three to six months to be long because it will take some time for U.S. shale oil to increase production.In addition to crude oil, Xiaomo's proposed petroleum-related assets include increased S & P energy stocks and high yield energy company bonds.In addition, Morgan Stanley recommends buying energy stocks, emphasizing that energy stocks "have always been outstanding at the end of the boom cycle."

Tomorrow will move towards RM1. （纽约16日讯）摩根大通（小摩）预期国际油价可能因为敘利亚战事升高，以及夏季需求旺季即將来临，而飆高到每桶80美元关卡，並看好石油相关股票、货幣及公司债等资產。

伦敦布伦特油价目前在每桶73美元上下盘旋。小摩油市策略团队指出，如果美欧重新制裁伊朗，且列强使敘利亚內战范围扩大，布伦特油价可能上衝到每桶80美元；加上美国的减税政策，都为石油相关资產提供买进机会。

小摩指出，「我们设想的风险可能在今年夏季（6至8月）实现；基于敘利亚事件，欧美对伊朗的制裁可能加速浮现。」

特朗普政府5月12日將决定是否退出国际「核子协定」，这可能是油市开始承受低密度压力的起点，之后要看欧盟及亚洲是否购买伊朗原油，结果可能拉升油价及扩大震盪幅度。

油价其他利多包括油国组织的减產行动可能在5月便將「达成任务」，消除国际油市的超额库存，而且还可能延续减產行动。同时炼油业的岁修作业也即將结束，夏季汽油消费旺季即將来临，將带动原油需求增加。

上周国际油市净多单部位再创歷史高点。小摩认为，做多油价的时间可能有3至6个月之久，因为美国页岩石油增產也需要一段时间才能实现。原油之外，小摩建议的石油相关资產包括加重標普能源类股、高殖利率能源公司债。

此外，摩根史丹利建议买进能源股，强调能源股「一向是景气循环末期表现突出的类股。」
