Right issue is to raise fund to expand their business, perhaps gloves business is one of them.

Assume the selling price of Nitrile glove at USD 0.03 per piece or RM 0.126
Total revenue of Nitrile gloves = 5.14 billion*RM 0.126 = 647.64 million

Eg:
Beginning: Company earning 100m, and has 100million share- RM1 EPS

After PP: Earnibg RM100m÷110 million share= RM0.90 EPS

After PP and the massive, Huge project started, the company start earning.
Hence:
Mid term: Earning RM120m ÷110 million share= RM 1.10 EPS

Long term: Earning RM140m ÷110 million share= RM 1.30 EPS

Earning Per Share EPS will grow...

PP and RI are different.
RI issues means ask money from all the shareholders.
PP means funds institution or directors to provide the funds.
If RI, once the news is out, all shareholder will dump their shares.
For PP, they not much affected except for the EPS drop for the initial part, but once the project earning, EPS will grow.
Most companies after PP, their share price rise, and business grow, revenue grow, with price reach historical high.

Serba has 135 million cash, and nett asset around 200 million. Its borrowing around 300 millions

Hahaha i3lurker...the project worth RM770 millions, and you don't need that amount of money to run the project.
You need a portion of money to run it. Hence there is no such thing as still short of RM 467millions.
Either you don't understand what is PP, what is it for or either you have sold all your Serbadk.
Short term PP-Your EPS might be lower. But when you start earnibg from this project, your EPS will grow. As simple as that.

Purpose of PP:
To raise fund for this massive huge project--To build 1 IT Technology Park. Not related to Oil and Gas.

Definitely, for medium and long term, it is a very good move, which help company to run this massive project. No point getting the project and yet has no fund to run it.

Those who don't understand the meaning of PP will sell their share. PP for its massive UAE project is a good move. If PP done to settle company debt, then it is useless.

I am sure the price will UP tomorrow. Those who don't understand will sell early morning, then the price will go up after.
Without PP, there is no way Serbadk has enough fund to run the project. It has 13 billion cash on hand, but to run the project and to get continuous earning means Serbadk need more fund.
