Hey guys was wondering whether to get the warrant or the mother. Any thoughts?

i know the warrant has an exercise price of 0.50 which is a 25% premium to the mother, however i feel that the warrant is to move faster once it starts surging

bro to be honest....this share on paper looks really bad guys. mainly due to three (3) issues

1) steel prices are downward, while raw materials are on a upward. this will squeeze their promit margin to the max

2) competition in the local environment has increased due to dumping by china companies causing a price war which they cant sustain

3) Lets not forget a industrial heavy company like perwaja uses alot of electricity. point in case is that recently the government raised the electricity tariff. In turn expenses will increased tremendously


That being said. I truly do home Perwaja will be able to pull through after all its done for the country. Hopefully a miracle happens. EG huge contract given to them, or someone burns down the china steel players in china
