this was the 6 times I bought and sold mkland.It always gives me very good return.Every year making 200ks to 300ks easily on this counter.

best stock ever.forget about the dividend.

I have a feeling that the major shareholder slowly take up the share by push up a litter n press down the price make some profit.By playing in that way they will not pay a cents for holding a single share.Which means they have no cost at all or litter cost to buy up he company.
As to the small shareholder make no money from here.

I don't think there is another dividend.Save for the rainy days.

If Kasi wanted to sell his shares,he would sell in block to someone else but has to find buyer first.He still got about 18-19%,which is about 68,000,000.worth.I don't think he would sell in open maket at this time.Some one is pressing down the price so he cant sell.
According to Australia bankruptcy law,it last 7 years only.After 7 yrs one will be cleared from bankruptcy even though the debt never settled.
Recently passed away Australian tycoon Allen Bone was the example.

mkland is control by Mustapha family,very hard for big player to involve pushing the price up unless get the green light fr the major shareholder.I believe big player not interested in this counter.So very hard,take a long time to go up to .80cts even though it worth that much..This is personal view only.

nemesis u r totally right.So u just have to dance with it.My game was that I would login a certain %amount of share I held i had done this manyfor in case the prices keep on going up while the rest I would take profit .I would buy back when the price come back to the support lever. I had done this many times n my cos is maintained @ 31 cts

there is always a testing period to push up the price.By looking back a few days ago the volume wasn't high enough it means that not many chasing after this counter,the operater have to giSo ve up again.So back to the same old price.
