I know Kasi dumped the share.I was caught during theat time,lucky it came back n make some after that.To me MKland is belong to them.if they don't push it ,it will never goes up.If they don't sell the land prices will be the same.The landbank worth 5 bil provided they sell it or jv otherwise it is just wstland or jungle!.

not really.I had this counter since it was 1.3-1.50 4-yrs ago.It gives good dividends.Wont sell it even ir goes up to 7.00 n will keep on buying.

I personally think properties market is at easing point.Australia is at this level on 2nd hand housing but not for New homes likewise Singapore.As Malaysia pricese will stay bcos has a lot of housing projects.Affortable housing will sell good with low interest rate.
MKland wont be any showtime unless the Bakar family push it.Hate them!

gst will not affect the residential price.you don't have to pay gst on residential property but GST on sale n puschase agreement.On the other hand 6% on commercial property

My view,it will stay at this level for a while.The old folks has enough money for themselves.Unless the new generation r more greedy n aggressive this counter will move like a yoyo in a up trend.I have this counter in my radar for 5 yrs .They have a huge land bank along the LRT transit line but if they don't develop it or sale it, it is just a jungle
0.80cts? May be 3-5 yrs when the old floks dies.

yes it will open on march.Parkson renovation already completed.Latest news.There isn't any water leaking as it is builded on the solid ground unlike Jeseton condo build under water and it is leaking now.Project has to pass to a company call Venci fr France to complete.Most of the people in KK know that jeseton condo is leaking.This condo belong to Davidchew.Dont know is this David or not.I think its him

my point of view,there is someone taking profit fr the range of 0.32-0.40cts.If they have 5.0 mils that will be some money there.
What I want to say is recently the buyer rate was lower than the seller.Big chunk to sell n small to buy that wasn't good sign.just like Nemesis said seller appeal when the price up a litter more.Unless big timer come to keeping buying.
