after dividend, price drop again

i just bought the price i wan :)

i bought at feb14 @2.86,then sold 3.42.there after bought back 3.08

i am new share player, just bought small amount from this share @3.08

We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2014 and 26 March 2014 in respect of the Proposed Bonus Issue (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the said Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 25 April 2014 approved the listing of and quotation for the 675,000,000 Bonus Shares, subject to the following conditions:
(i) Datasonic and its adviser must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Bonus Issue;

(ii) Datasonic and its adviser to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Bonus Issue;

(iii) Datasonic to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Bonus Issue is completed;

(iv) Datasonic or its adviser to furnish to Bursa Securities a certified true copy of the relevant resolution passed by shareholders in general meeting approving the Proposed Bonus Issue; and

(v) Datasonic and its adviser are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to Paragraph 6.35(2)(a) & (b) and 6.35(4) of the Listing Requirements.

cannot shoot up faster,scare any warning form bursa again..
