（吉隆坡26日讯）顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板保健股）澄清，该公司至今尚未决定2021财年的派息金额。

针对昨天在媒体发布会上说指“2021财年6%周息率”的言论，顶级手套今天向马交所报备并进一步澄清。

该公司说，根据公司50%的派息率政策，再以彭博预测2021财年净利料达86.1亿令吉计算，每股股息将是53仙。

以昨日（25日）午时的6.66令吉的股价来计算，2021财年周息率是8%，比昨天所说的6%高。

不过，顶级手套澄清，目前该公司尚未敲定2021财年股息的金额。

“因此，我们预测业界的平均售价，将会因为供应短缺而走高。”

EPF re-emerges as substantial shareholder of Hartalega

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 20): The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) has emerged as the substantial shareholder of Hartalega Holdings Bhd, after buying 174.32 million shares or 5.09% stake in the rubber glove maker company.

In the glove maker’s filing with the local bourse, it said the block was purchased by EPF on Nov 17 (Tuesday). However, the transacted price was not disclosed in the filing. Hartalega shares price closed at RM14.64 that day. Based on the closing price, the block of shares is valued at RM2.55 billion.

Employee Provident Fund (EPF) has been a net buyer of Top Glove shares so far this month. The provident fund bought 69 million shares or 0.86% stake since Nov 1.  Currently, the provident fund holds 534.33 million shares or 6.629% stake in Top Glove as at Nov 17, up from 465.33 million shares or 5.17% stake as at Oct 30.
