　（吉隆坡19日訊）英斯達康（INSTACO，0069，創業板科技）稍早前獲得Neata集團注入資產，搖身一變成為大型承包商，刺激股價一度漲15%或4仙至30.5仙，交投迅速破億股，熱冠全場。

　聯昌證券研究首次追蹤分析，給于比目前水平高2倍的目標價。

　英斯達康今早一開盤買氣已十分旺盛，以揚2仙至28.5仙迎市，並在接近休市時上衝全日最高點，漲19%或5仙至31.5仙；休市時該股暫掛31仙，揚4.5仙，半日交投己有2億7214萬2600股，為馬股交投最熾熱股項。

成中國鐵建內部承包商

　憑單英斯達康-WB（INSTACO-WB，0069WB，創業板科技）亦不遑多讓，遊走介于11.5仙至13仙之間，漲幅勝母股；半日成交量達1億4400萬2200股。

　不過休市時，馬證交所認為該股無故波動激烈，發出“異常交易活動”質詢。

　聯昌證券研究分析報告指出，Neata集團注入資產，使英斯達康這個沉睡中的電訊塔建築商，搖身一變成為中國鐵建股份有限公司于大馬的內部承包商，改名成Vicovom，目前的20億令吉訂單，料在未來一至兩年內大增至50億令吉。

　如此一來，該行預計該公司2015財年至2017財年的股收益年複成長率（CAGR）將高達456%。

　聯昌證券研究首次追蹤分析，根據2017財年本益比9倍，給于英斯達康增持投資評級，目標價72仙；基于該公司估值與同行相比仍有一大段差距，深信重估的潛能巨大。

　目前英斯達康獲得中國鐵建的訂單有5億令吉，相信陸續將贏取更多訂單；並有望于明年轉戰馬股主要板。
