In short, the spac management do not deserve the whopping rewards 1 sen against 67.5 sen plus free warrant, if they do not know how to succeed in business world.

Darren, yes it is true in a normal investment environment. But if u look from other perspective, a healthy investment environment should have minimum "cheating" element. That is what I am try to emphasis here.

Management team is the key of success for spac counter. If they are entrusted with a pool of fund (bear in mind they are not fund manager, the fund is only meant to get a right qa for special purpose) but unable to deliver they should be condemned.

No only that, their cost of investment is a mere RM 200,000.00 for 20% stake in the company and 20% free warrant. I don't see any reason they shouldn't be blamed.

Don't tell the grandmother stories in the AGM such as :
1. Capital constraint
2. Difficult business environment, etc

A good team can solve all the issues they encounter in business. Let see how it goes.

Darren, if investors continue to adopt tidak apa attitude, or the authority do not take stern action against those irresponsible management, we better keep our hard earned money under the pillow.

Every listed reported their activities and future prospects every now and then. this people get a "blank cheque" but report nothing.

Last year said 5 QA were identified but nothing concluded in a year time and take 3 years timeline as excuse. When 3 years expire, they will tell you this is SPAC company, you should know the risk before you invest and they will retire your hard earned money in styles.

This is called professional liar statement which can be seen everywhere in the market.

Judging from the shareprice, cliq lose out to klci benchmark or even its peer sona.

It has raised up the concern on the mgmt performance as the future of a spac company is very much depends on the mgmt. U r right that everyone can voice up their opinion freely in this forum. To me, I doubt on their performance, i rate them as kampung, i rate them as OKU. I blow the whistle so that whoever wants to jump in may see this point.

As for those who still willing to sail with them with much hope. Sorry to say that I will not follow you to promote Cliq as i really think that this lousy management will bring the investors to Holland.
