Sona being the younger brother of Cliq, u see the share price, it has stand well above the guarantee price of 0.45. Compare to this counter, from the peak RM 0.85 it dropped till RM 0.65.

Now sona-wa price has surpassed cliq-wa, sona mother share is coming closer to cliq mother share.

Overall KLCI has increased from 1697.77 points in april 2013 until 1873.38 last friday.

Huge profit in short term ?? Cliq lose out all the way in comparison against the overall stock market benchmark KLCI or peer comparison Sona Petroleum Please look at the fact and number before you open your big mouth to talk.

Beware the "better" management may bullshit and play around with the mandate given by SC to them during AGM

If they are not "betul" then we can opt for "better" one in AGM. They have to answer how they are going to realise their last year promises.

After all, check and balance has to be in place especially for a SPAC company.

Remember they said they have identified 5 potential QA last year ? They said it can be finalised in a year time?

Are all these statements not a "blank cheques" given to the investors ?

They receive blank cheque but give us a bounded cheque in return.

Why SC still approve new SPAC company to go listing even the earlier two, sona and cliq still haven't produced anything ?

If SPAC concept can not work well in Malaysia, better don't allow these kind of company to get listed. All investors money are hard earned money.

Derrick, u r right, it is not like buying vege in the market. It is all depends on the efficiency and effectiveness of the management. If Hibicus can do it in 3 months after the IPO, with even smaller capital in that time. I think Cliq management really have to reassess their own performance.

Callme777, yes QA has been identified, but can they get it or lose out in the bidding ? Aiming is one thing, winning the target is another story. I just hope this bunch of bugger really know how to manage the company, don't let their younger brother, SONA, outperform them which it is very likely to happen very soon.
