If mother share closing at 1.20 on 30 April,
Then open price of warrant will be 1.20 - 0.38 = 0.82

Luckily did not cut loss this morning when drop to 0.915,
looks like possible back to above 1.20 before listing of warrant.
If really so, then warrant might value above 1.00 on 1st day of listing.

wait till listing of warrant only can know whether gain or loss.

For price of warrant, it depends on mother share closing price on the day before listing of warrant.
Price of warrant might have premium or at discount premium.
